Very clean and staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool, though small was never busy and we were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were clean and I couldnt fault anything about the hotel. It is in a perfect location to access Patong Beach or Bangla Road.

I loved the property and the staff. It was just off the busy streets and was quieter than most areas. The security measures were great in case you are traveling solo. They have elevator key access to only your floor and pool and they have an extra chain lock only you can open and lock from inside. I came alone and felt welcomed and safe. The cleanliness was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars is because the breakfast food was average and the halls echo and sometimes some guests can be drunk and loud but it’s great for someone who wants to enjoy patong but need some quiet from time to time. I loved it.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Door are spring loaded and slam when shut. Hard wooden chairs. Housekeeping very spotty. Shower didn’t maintain a consistent temperature.

Large clean hotel located short walk to main shopping centres, beach, and Bangla road. Roof top pool is very clean, next to the small gym.
Rooms away from main road very quiet. All rooms same size size just different bed configuration are on the smaller size if you have family like us.
Not many english tv channels and reception quality needs to be upgraded.
All staff were excellent, especially maintenance and reception staff. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of dishes, especially middle eastern as expected given that the hotel has many middle eastern guests.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Let me start by saying I stayed at this place in 2018 and it was amazing. Fast forward to 2024 what a difference this place was terrible super noisy, unkept. Paid for buffet breakfast and it was some of the worst food I'd eaten, absolute slop, only tried it for 2 days then from there on I paid for breakfast at other hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was horrible. Never again

Good hotel stay, clean but also very loud, other guests don’t adhere to being quiet at night and not policed enough, also need more shade at pool area on roof, shower leaks all over bathroom floor, lights in the rooms could be brighter, unable to see much at night
