Hotel is nice, clean. Mattress is a bit hard but not so bad. Swimming pool, gym & sauna is clean & nice. Only the hot spring doesn’t look so pleasing to me.. came with 2 kids & they enjoyed it so much. Location wise is ok. Not so far from the city but if you’re not driving might be a little hard to get tuktuk or taxi. Staff is so friendly & hospitable. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is very clean and I especially want to say that the staff is very friendly. They are so helpful to us and they went an extra mile to even do us personal favors! We will definitely be back! The pool and hot spring is definitely a plus!

They have big swimming pool. But need to do daily clean. First day I come good. Second day a lot of hair inside. They have muslim food stall infront of the hotel. The taste was very good.

Bringing 1 small child is asked for an additional 100 bath per night. Other hotels don't. The pool is also poorly maintained and slippery. Sdkt dangerous for children. Everywhere is far. It is better to stay in a city center hotel. It doesn't take a lot of transportation.

Look exactly the same as photo, very comfort, receptionist very nice and friendly, they even prepared a birthday give to my wife on her birthday. Very appreciated. Sure will book again. Cons:- Some smell at toilet but toilet actually is very clean. The air condition compressor is very noisy.

The room is nice, bathroom is ok but attached to the balcony is not open, making it look uncomfortable. But the most like is the service of the staff, the service is very good And there is a swimming pool, sauna, hot spring to soak very well. If there is a chance to go to stay again, very good.
