Overall, I think the facilities and service at this hotel are quite good. First of all, the hotel's location is very strategic, with direct access to Central Ladprao Mall and also directly into Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS Station. It's also quite close to Don Mueang Airport and very close to one of the tourist shopping centers, Chatuchak Weekend Market. The hotel staff is very friendly and communicative, and the hotel is also very nice and clean. The rooms are also clean with quite complete amenities. The food served at breakfast is quite tasty and quite varied, and they also explain which items are halal and which are not.

The hotel staff was amazing at this hotel. It was very clean. My stay was very pleasant here and I would definitely recommend it. However, I felt like it was not convenient to some locations as a tourist and the food options nearby were limited and the in room dining was quite expensive

Value for money..located away from the busy city centre but still accessible by BTS or MRT within 10 min walk thru inter connected Ladprao mall. Advantageous especialty if it rains. Nice views from the higher floor too.

This is a fine enough hotel, very standard for its type. Rooms are comfortable but dull and could use an upgrade.
I did like there's a seat in the shower which supports women shaving. A minor detail that matters. Just like the ability to plug in a flattening or curling iron in the bathroom.
Otherwise plugs in the rooms are sparse and it's obvious the hotel was designed prior to the use of a lot of electronics that need charging.

The spa treatments were the best I ever had. The mall is a short walk through the hotel! I was there everyday! I loved my stay and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when I return.

This is a nice hotel overall, especially considering the price point and location. It's conveniently situated close to the Skytrain and a major mall, which makes getting around and shopping easy. While it is located outside the city center, keep in mind that it took us around 35–45 minutes to reach most of the main sightseeing spots.
One of the highlights was the food and drinks—every restaurant on-site served delicious meals with great variety and quality. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely added to our stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean and safe. However, it's worth noting that the property is quite dated. Much of the décor, furniture, and overall design appear to be from the late 80s or early 90s. A modern update would elevate the experience and make the hotel feel more current.
That said, this hotel remains a solid choice if you're looking for a reasonably priced stay with good food, helpful staff, and easy transit access, even if it’s a bit outside the city.

Very clean, spacious and nice staff. Although we enjoy our stay, theres some improvement to make this outstanding: one type of food at restaurant aren't safe to consume, we notified their staff and they apologize for it. The lobby it self has a not very comfortable space to chill or hang out. If you go to bar/restaurant area you need to order something. The bar staff approched us very quickly and we have to leave. Theres no really seating area where you can just sit to wait or hang out.
