Convenient location within walking distance to Centralworld, Siam Paragon, Gaysorn, Big C, December’s & Platinum. We got the family room with walk in closet / bathroom and 2 king sized bed which is perfect for a family of 4.

This was a last minute booking and the hotel had availability. The room and bed were very comfortable. Light switch controls were a bit confusing to use. Conveniently located next to several shopping malls, including connection to Central World. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located at Central World and close to both Chitlom and Siam BTS stations. The only complaint I would say is at times it takes forever for the elevator/lift to become available, sometimes you are waiting for up to a minute each time. Other than that, the property is well maintained and the room is clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although, I will say the light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).

Loved my stay here! The staff is very welcoming, location is very convenient as it is connected to Centralworld mall.The staff here really listen! At first, the disposable slippers were a bit thin (not great for walking around the room), but when I mentioned it, they immediately brought me a better pair—really appreciated that! Would 100% stay here again. Service was excellent, location is perfect, and the little details (like fixing the slipper issue right away) made me feel special. Great for both relaxation and exploring Bangkok.

Had the most excellent stay at Centara Grand, will definitely come back here each time I come to Bangkok!
Location is excellent, connected to CentralWorld where shopping and dining options are amazing.
Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch. Thank you so much!!
Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery. Room cleaning folks are super friendly too.
Room is very comfy and spacious with a great view. Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try. Really a wonderful experience :)

The experience checking in to the hotel was frustrating. We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23. Of course the first thing asked for was a Passport which was in my bags which had disappeared so then I had to wait for my bags to come back again. I then had to go through the process of learning where everything is and where all the places are in the hotel to spend money and then had to install an app on my phone and be shown all the details on that when all I wanted to do was get to my room and use the bathroom.
My room was supposedly upgraded but it was very cramped although the bathroom was spectacular and very spacious. The pool area was nice but service was not very good and the wait time was long, I ordered a cocktail but it was basically a 500thb glass of orange juice that maybe had alcohol in it? The restaurant and buffet breakfast was outstanding though. The main reason for my stay was access to Centralworld but it was not very clear how to access the centre.

We absolutely love this hotel. We’ve been staying here for many years ~ At least 13 or more.
Family friendly and never disappoints.
The new look renovations to the lobby areas, cafe etc is so beautiful.
The Executive Lounge / Club Lounge is a really lovely space. The staff & Management in the Lounge are always incredibly welcoming and accomodating.
Location is absolutely incredible ~ food and shopping options are literally endless.
