Room was nice, bed large and comfortable. Shower good. Nice breakfast. The location was fairly quiet, but able to walk to Khao San road for all the action. Got a Grab to sports bars to watch football. Great hotel with wonderful staff.

Room was nice, hotel was clean. Pool is small and was always busy but we never wanted to use it really. Location is good, walkable to some tourist attractions which is handy. Staff are really friendly

Spacious room with decent view. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent.
Only mishap we had was a flood Inn our room because the shower door seals had worn away and was letting water out into the rest of the room.

Although the property is nice but it was on the pricier side. It was just an okay hotel but not on the range of 5 or 4 star hotel pricing. However, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, So 5 star on their staffing specially their interns😁

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the UN ESCAP Compound. The thing I don't like is it is far from the major shopping areas and there is little public transportation around the hotel.

Hotel staff really friendly. Room clean and bed comfie. However, my stay was totally ruined by both the traffic noise and the monstrous road works noise at the dead of night. For 2 consecutive nights, heavy machinery started roaring at midnight and did not stop for several hours. I had to move to another hotel and Centara refused any refunding and gave no consideration to this special damage. Hotels.com was very responsive and gave me some compensation as a nice gesture.
