Came about past midnight but still the reception staff welcome our arrival with big smile. Check-in was smooth. And accomodate my needs even though already past midnight. Service is top-notch!
Hotel room is awe! Bed are comfy, great layout, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, spacious rooms, modern toilet, and all the amenities you need is there.
Location is quiet within 10 minutes-ish walking distance from chidlom central dept store and chidlom bts. They provide free tuk tuk shuttle from the hotel to the nearest bts.
7/11 minimart and street food is nearby. And there’s nice cafe sits next to the hotel.
Definitely will stay at this hotel again next time my trip to Bangkok.

We enjoyed our stay, staff we very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and affordable. We did find our room abit dated air con issues and tv issues but clean and tidy. Overall we would stay here again so conveniently located too with malls, park shopping and coffee.

Room size is big but distance from BTS is about 15 mins walk. Though hotel provides free tuk tuk service, the pickup from BTS station did not turn up.
Hotel provided complimentary snacks in the room and water/coffee in the lobby.

Hotel is near to supermarket, restaurants and walkable to the main shopping district.
Hotel room is a little old and the plumbing is noisy. You can hear the water or plumbing when your neighbour uses water.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is conveniently close to bts station and walkable to shopping malls. It seems more like a serviced apartment than a hotel which was a surprise. I will definitely stay here if and when come back to Thailand.

Belle réception et salon d accueil mais quelle déception pour les chambres! Vieilles mal agencées. Ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos qui sont prometteuses. Déçus ! Aussi par le manque de souplesse des réceptionnistes qui oublient de satisfaire le client. Attention aux taxes ! C est le cadeau de fin de séjour !

The place was huge and big, can accomodate family more than 5 people. There are plenty of spaces to move around. There's kitchen and utensils to use, microwave and even washing machine. Only thing they don't clean much when you will request to make up the room.

Booked a suite with balcony and the latter is huge, big space, could have been better used, like with plants and more lounge seats. The a/c compressor in the balcony could have been better placed so that hot air from the compressor and directed away from the balcony. with the ac in operations, the balcony is too warm to sit around chatting.

The area is pretty cool. However the hotel property and facility is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The shower screen door cannot be closed properly and the staff has been work dilligently to clean the water. But we can only use the bath tub in the later days. Also gym has no bath nor saunna area, which is a bit pity.
