Staff in all departments provide very good service. Even though it is an old hotel, the rooms are clean, comfortable to sleep, convenient to travel. Departure, board the bus in front of the hotel. Inbound calls to the hotel to pick up) Located in the city center, shopping malls, very convenient, the closest convenience store must walk about 5-8 minutes, but if it is not convenient, walk Suggest to load the app and buy There will be a store employee delivered to the hotel. Overall, the most impressive thing is the service of the staff here. Have stayed in this chain in many places, both grand and not grand. But here the service is winning!

Came about past midnight but still the reception staff welcome our arrival with big smile. Check-in was smooth. And accomodate my needs even though already past midnight. Service is top-notch!
Hotel room is awe! Bed are comfy, great layout, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, spacious rooms, modern toilet, and all the amenities you need is there.
Location is quiet within 10 minutes-ish walking distance from chidlom central dept store and chidlom bts. They provide free tuk tuk shuttle from the hotel to the nearest bts.
7/11 minimart and street food is nearby. And there’s nice cafe sits next to the hotel.
Definitely will stay at this hotel again next time my trip to Bangkok.

A lovely hotel, in a great location. 5 mins walk from Ratchadamri and Chit Lom, but far enough away from all the noise, so we could relax on the balcony and enjoy the amazing cityscape of Bangkok.
As with some of slightly older hotels in Bangkok, you compromise some of the styling for extra space, but it's hard to find fault when our room has all the facilities you'd find in a large apartment.
The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of choice and lovely friendly staff. We enjoyed room service a few times due to its convenience and found it to be really delicious and very competitively priced.
One small criticism is that the pool doesn’t have non-slip tiles around it and when wet they are very slippery, which resulted in my son slipping over whilst walking to the pool and bruising their hip and side.
If you're looking for hotel with friendly staff, in a good (yet quiet) location and generously sized rooms, then you'd be hard to beat this lovely hotel.

The property is not a four star by any standard. It is very old and in serious need of renovation. It's dirty. There were marks on the wall (that looked like pee), sheets were dirty, sofa had stains, towels worn out and dirty, amenities nothing like you would expect at a four star! It was truly a disappointment. Waste of money and a good trip sadly.
I would give this hotel a one star except for the friendly and helpful staff and the decent breakfast.

當我第一天登記入住這酒店的時候，我們一共5人入住共三間房間，三間都不一樣，單人房方面就中規中矩，可以接受，另外兩間雙人房就格局完全不一樣，其中我入住的那一間房間，內裏的牀面向一大列玻璃鏡在前面，若半夜起床時可能令你大嚇一驚，好像對面同樣有一個人坐起身，這樣的設計有點失敗，厠紙就只得一舊，後得到你們的反影之後，就更換了另的一間房間，情況大大的提升就再沒有了，在這應該向你們及酒店方面作出稱讚的，效率相當之高 very very good。
