Just stayed 1 night but it was an awesome experience. The room’s great, bathroom, bedroom, even have a microwave and complete dining utensils. Also The Waves, makes your children won’t stop playing. Great experience!

Affordable price, suitable for taking children to play in the water, relax. The only disadvantage is that the elevator wait is very long. If you are on a high floor, it might be difficult.
But overall, I would stay again if I have a chance.

The kids had a lot of fun and loved The Wave water park. They played for 2 days straight. No matter how hot the sun was, they still played and refused to go up. The hotel service was very good. I recommend it for families who want to take their children on a trip.

There are lots of toys, giving children a place to play and have fun while parents can relax and have fun. The location of the hotel is considered very convenient. easy travel both from the skytrain station and the expressway So we don't have to waste a lot of time traveling. Finally, the staff in the registration and check-in and check-out sections provide very good service, speak politely and provide full assistance. **Disadvantages** However, there are many disadvantages that make Our stay experience had some flaws that should be considered. Parking far from the lobby. Although there is a shuttle bus, if there are many guests it will be inconvenient. Must park in the outdoor lot. When it rains, it's very messy. and there are not enough shuttle buses The front staff wearing security uniforms are not very helpful. Even if it's raining and there are children you have to carry. Old condo can't be sold, very small room, wasted space for balcony, sink, refrigerator. This is the first hotel where I slept with the curtains closed and the light came in this much (7 am). Waiting for the elevator for about 10 minutes every time I went up and down. The day I went, I was unlucky again, the electricity went out for 2 hours, there was no electricity in the room to use. The water park with the slide couldn't go down, there were no waves, the foam party was canceled, no compensation at all. Customers had to suffer, they couldn't wear shoes for the pool, couldn't play in the water park, came back with cracked feet. The water park is considered good, but the room is not good enough, the price shouldn't be more than 1500 for a room like this. The breakfast was black cereal, it had a very strange smell like eating lacquer.
