We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

During this period, the alternative facilities located on the 6th floor of our Residence Tower are available daily from 06:00 to 21:00 and can be conveniently accessed via the hotel’s 6th floor. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and remain committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Great location with a ferry to take you to a bigger station. Amazing buffet breakfast and terrific service. We truly loved how spacious and clean our room was. They have an incredible bar on the top floor with great drinks and even better staff!

Lovely hotel, and a great location on the banks of the Chao Praya river. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and the service was second to none. Those of note were the front The buffet breakfast was of good variety and quality. I didn’t want to leave and highly recommend it.

The stay at Chatrium was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom suite with river view. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and big, very clean. The showers had good water pressure and hot water. Tje staff were exceptional. From check in to dining, they welxomed you and made you feel at home. This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok.

We booked 2 rooms for this stay and also being a returning customer i was not expecting this. One of the rooms was ready whilst mine had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in.
The rooms are great though. It is huge and although not adjoining it was "connected" by the balcony.
The breakfast spread is great. Better than the previous stay.
We thought the ferry to Icon Siam is complimentary but was told that we had to pay a fee to bring us over to Icon Siam.
Anyway, the stay is as always, very pleasant. I would be going back to stay even with these little set-backs.
Location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit although you can get connected via the BTS Thanksin Station.

Second time staying at the Chatrium, another excellent experience. Upgraded upon arrival due to Hotel.com status, superb suite on upper floors. Bags taken to room from taxi and shown around suite by staff. Attention to detail is noticeable in all aspects. Fabulous pool overlooking river, wonderful shower and bed quality, slept well. Air conditioning great, also WiFi.
Breakfast buffet can be busy but plenty of options, freshly made food of good quality. Often see Hotel manager observing which is reassuring.
7eleven five mins walk, laundry service at end of road which is cheap and they’ll deliver your clothes back to hotel. Shuttle boat to Taksin pier and onto Icon Siam.
I find the chatrium a tranquil, enjoyable stay just far enough from the noise of central bangkok. Plenty of food options in walking distance but a ten min walk if you don’t take river shuttle to catch transit. Taxis cheap and Uber always available.
Staff are happy and professional, always happy to help.
Looking forward to a longer stay next time. Fabulous value for what I paid.
