What I liked:
Location
Wide variety of hotel food selections with reasonable pricing.
Spa services were very professional, expensive but they had promotions on.
Beds were comfortable.
Room was very spacious.
Breakfast was average.
What I didn’t like:
We had one of the standard rooms, it’s very basic and old.
The place could do with a modern renovation.
The room also had a very unpleasant smell.
The property is located on a steep hill and surprisingly was very tiring to walk all the way up to your room, esp in plus 30 degreee weather.
Coffee was bad. And on our last day they advised coffee was no longer free and we had to pay.
Spiders in the room.

Basic hotel about 20mins walk to patong beach. A basic hotel amenity like an iron in the room was not available and could not get one from the front desk. It is also on a busy street so lots of noise from cars.

在巴東沙灘，不算近，步行約10分鐘才到。對面有兩家便利店，晚上肚餓可吃，分別是Family Mart及7-11。建築是泰式獨立渡假屋風格。酒店先要上一個很短的特斜斜坡，老人家不適合住。一樓是Reception，二樓是泳池及餐廳，三樓是渡假屋。早餐並不是自助早餐，而是套餐。分為六類早餐，包括亞洲式、美式、歐式、素食、兒童、清真，我推薦蛋炒飯 Fried Rice with Egg，不推薦粥 Boiled Rice，飲品包了兩杯，第1杯凍飲是橙汁或菠蘿汁，第2杯熱飲是咖啡或茶。蛋炒飯吃了能飽，午餐可以免吃，省了一餐。早餐時間是早上7點至10點半，我覺得有些晚，如果有跳島遊，早上7點就要出發吃不到早餐。

I loved the hotel, the staff, the location, the food. Firstly, we got there at 9.30am and they cleaned the room super fast so we could go straight in to sleep! We were in by 10.30am. The staff were very helpful and called to check in when there was a small issue with the towels. The location was great - it was on the top of a hill which was a small hike, but it was far enough away for there to not be too much noise, and close enough for a nice stroll to get to the popular places. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the lady who worked there got to know us and our orders. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. We did not use the spa or the gym so cannot comment on those.

Hotel is a little bit off of the main tourist area, which is nice but also makes for a longer walk. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating, save for a few conversations that I will chalk up to the language barrier. The pool did not seem to be chlorinated, but rather cleaned with vinegar? our swim clothes smelt strongly of vinegar after the first dip; we didn't go back in. This could also just be a cultural difference so I mention that with neutrality. Overall a pleasant stay at a very good value.

Beach is within walking distance, as is the markets. The food at the hotel was delicious! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind. Only downside was the shower, that spilled water all over the place.

Very good service, reasonable prices.
Breakfast is served between 7:30-10:00, but you need to come early in order to get the nicest meals cause they don't refill all of them.
Probably the best hotel in the area. Though the beach is a bit far away(20 mins walk).

Pros:
1. Pool with spa
2. Rooms with large sliding doors
3. Staff is helpful
4. Less noisy compared to other Patong Beach hotels
Cons:
1. No laundry on-site and very few amenities expected from a "resort"
2. Drive up to hotel entrance is steep. Parking is tight.
3. Elevator stunk the entire time we were there
4. Staff was helpful but didn't communicate well in English making it hard to correspond with them
5. Hotel requires guests to either deposit 2000 bahts or retains passport until check-out
6. Checkout process was not quick and we ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes until the staff had checked the entire room

This was my first overseas holiday solo and the two girls who work in the breakfast buffet pool bar had the best customer service skills and always went above and beyond to ensure all guests were happy.
