The credit can be redeemed throughout the day ranging from coffee and bakery in the morning, refreshing drinks in the afternoon or other drinks at midnight. This gave the guest freedom of choice when staying at COSI hotel.

I would have love to give a higher rating, unfortutanely, we had a terrible experience with the hotel staff for the tours/activities. We were scammed for an activity we booked at the kiosque directly in the hotel lobby and they didn’t want to compensate us for this. (Wrong info, overpriced)

The only unbeareable thing i did not like about the property was that it was set behind a mall. It made for alot of walking and between figuring out how to get between two buildings of the property then navigate around a mall. It made coming and going to my room a bit challenging. It does have elevators but navigating around the property will not be easy for elderly or those with disabilities

Nice property, pretty convenient close to airport, walk right into mall.
Not as clean as comments i previously read and i only stayed 1 night to fly out early next day. The Moldy room smell was barely tolerable. Lucky it was just a little sleep and out!

Great stay at COSI! Perfect location for walking to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were really clean. Would highly recommend this hotel for your first stay in Koh Samui

Excellent for a short stay - modern practical convenient. On the downside not much of a breakfast option and although the room was as new and western standard there was no balcony and could not open window.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to take two elevators to stay in building two or three so I would recommend staying in building one. Not great pool area but the beach is close. Overall good value for the money

The only reason i gave stars to this place was for the operations manager, Cartoon and the front desk staff. The first two saved this hotel from a worse review. They were FANTASTIC.
*warning.....do NOT rent a bike from the company working from these premises although not linked with cosi.
