I could not ask for more from a great front office. service and hospitality is top notch. we left an item at our room, and ask to be sent to bangkok, where we stay after chiangmai. they response very well and helpful.

The building its self is not super sound proof. You hear noise of doors (even from different floors) and if people hang out at their table outside their room its like they are in your room. The room and property itaelf is fine, you just cant control the door sounds and people talking.

An ideal place to stay for our few nights in Chiang Mai. Clean, has all that you need and helpful staff. Great location! 7-11 and nice cafes for breakfast just round the corner, and markets, temples and a lovely park are just a short walk away. Perfect base when wanting to head out sightseeing. Can be noisy at night.

If you try to understand the definition of an Excellent hotel, this is the one. My stay could not be more pleasurable. Everything in this hotel was perfected, as it was carefully planned. If I decide to come back to Chiang Mai, I definitely will book this hotel. There is a laundry in front of the hotel and several travel agencies on the main street. A great location, great price, and nice overall stay. The room was small but great for 1-2 people with minimal luggage. It is a great deal find with a clean space and a safe area close to everything. Only issue was the AC requires the room key to be inserted so you will constantly be waiting for the AC to cool the room.

The internet here is amazing! I like that I don’t need to go through separate portals to log in. The rooms look just like the picture! It’s within a walking distance to many cafes that I like such as the Gravity.

We had a great stay here. The location and staff are amazing. The beds are quite hard and the shower does not get hot but otherwise it is a great budget hotel. The communal terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink :)

Very comfortable stay, rooms are small but we were provided with everything that was needed. Our breaker shut off about once per day but electricity was back up in less than 5 mins. We even extended our stay too. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (slightly different every day). Air conditioning faces the bed so it got a bit chilly and turning it down was confusing (we probably could have asked how to use it but we were too lazy).
