The staffs and receptionists are super nice and friendly, facilities are quite nice, even though the room is getting old but they tried their best to keep them clean as much as possible. Especially, I am so into their receptionists, they are brilliant. I would give them 100 stars.

The receptionist, Mr. Simon, provided good service. If the room was ready early, he offered to call and check in early, about 1.30 hours. Very good. Suitable for viewing the view. There was a lot of breakfast. Overall, I give 8/10 points. I don't regret the money spent.

Got a room on the 4th floor with a city view. The room was very ordinary and not beautiful. The room was not decorated, not like a hotel, more like a normal rental room. The lobby was beautiful but disappointed. The bedroom and the price paid were not worth it.

The staffs are good, friendly and smiling. The room condition is okay, clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the hot water doesn't work and the room is not soundproof. You can hear everything when someone opens or closes the door.

It's a hotel that has been open for a long time. Inside it looks very new. Employees in various parts provide good service. There are many tourists. Check-in service is very good and fast. Even though there are a lot of tourists, the restaurant has few seats due to a long holiday, but there is always room to sit. As for the rooms, almost all of them are in the process of being renovated. And the hotel upgraded another 2 levels from what was reserved.

The employees have a loving, smiling face. The service is very cool. Cleanliness is as good as before. Only the smell in the hotel is different. With the first half It has a very fragrant white tea scent. But this scent smells good too. But it's a little thin. Overall, very good and impressed and will come back to visit again.

The location of hotel is perfect. Near of jomtien beach, only need to walk go to beach. The water of swimming pool is so warm. So me and kids can enjoyed the pool. So many kind of breakfast.
