The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was 100/10. Absolutely phenomenal breakfast.Options were endless and even then the staff were attentive to our needs and cleaned tables as soon as they were done. Beautiful decor and even better location! Room was clean and would stay again. I just left and every other hotel I have started to make comparisons.

The property is located close enough to walk to everything! The breakfast was decent but could be easily missed. The gym is lackluster as its just treadmills abd a few dumbells. The pool is nice and he staff are great!

When we initially arrived we were a little underwhelmed with our room and had an issue, but the staff was very nice and accommodating and switched us rooms. Location was great and was a nice quiet area, but easy to walk around to markets and restaurants. Over all it was a good stay for price point.

It’s a very comfortable property rooms are clean and spacious, we chose the option with breakfast included, the breakfast is amazing. You literally don’t have to have any lunch with that kind of a breakfast.. service could improve a little bit, front desk people not so communicative. Overall, a great experience.

Good hotel with high ratings for room size, cleanliness, and bed comfort but the underwhelming breakfast takes this from 5 to 4 star rating. The breakfast had minimal local Thai options but included chicken nuggets and spaghetti. Fruit was nice but of all our SE Asia hotel stays, this was by far the least impressive. We only ate there the first day and opted to leave the hotel for other locations. Staff was just ok, as well, with minimal interaction. Pool area was nice but limited to 4 lounge chairs. Location was premium, however, being 2 blocks from everything in the heart of the east side of city.

Staff weren't welcoming like in other Asian hotels we have visited and just watched as I moved three suitcases out front of hotel to taxi
Was raining whilst in Chiang Mia and they had shelter at side of hotel, front awning and in front of tiny bar at front of hotel, all leaked alot and weren't for for purpose. Generally the hotel was ok, but would have expected more at this price point.

At first glance, the staff isn’t very welcoming, but after a few days, they become more friendly. Otherwise, the hotel is very good, very clean, very well located… the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable, though they could use darker curtains. Otherwise, the decoration throughout the hotel, in the restaurant and rooms, is very beautiful.
