Clean and beautiful hotel within the price range. Very close to Victoria BTS station, about 7 minutes walk. Nice staff, breakfast is okay. Everyone should come and experience it.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the sound from the AC, sometimes it tends to get abit loud for a few minutes and then back to normal again. Other then that the surrounding area is good, there is a gym nearby, school, parks, mall, king power duty free mall and finding food and drinks is not a problem at all.

Me gusto mucho el lugar, muy centrico. La comida estaba buena y tenia un buen precio. Lo unico fue que la cama no estaba muy comoda, lo mismo las almohadas. Bastante recomendale por el precio.

Only request would be for the restaurant to send starters first then mains after ,meals where a bit spoilt by this but other than that perfect stay would definitely stay again …..thank you to all the staff

The public areas were fine, but the bedroom furniture were rather used and looking a bit tired. The room description indicated that the bathroom was equipped with a rainfall shower, but that was not the case. We had to change rooms after the second night as the AC was too loud and this kept us up during the night. There was also an issue with condensation from the AC where water was dripping onto the desk where we were charging our phones and devices! Luckily no damage was done. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to switched rooms.

AMAZING!!!! thank you so much this hotel was sooo good. staff were so friendly I don't have one bad word about de prime. as a young traveler I felt safe here, about 4 7elevens within 5 mins walk. room was cleaned so well, me and my friend were quite messy and did a lot of shopping so we always had a lot of rubbish in the room but the cleaners were amazing. its a really good location to all the malls too. would definitely recommend this hotel, and to stay during Songkran is a MUST!!! they had parades on the road at appropriate times of the day, was really safe to celebrate and play watertight. rooftop pool is gorgeous too!! food was a bit expensive compared to outside the hotel but we just ordered Grab, an alternative to Uber. Thank you so much will definitely return.

The location is good but only during our check in we’re expecting that our suite is ready but when we came in our room is not yet ready and we have to wait for almost an a hour though they gave us a room to stay for that but we can’t unpack and pack again we’re so hungry we just want to leave our things supposed to be but we don’t have a choice but wait for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our suite.

Room is spacious but lack a table or chairs. Only one plastic chair is in the room. Bathroom door opens awe wardly. Have to open the door step away then shut the door before getting to the toilet. Amenities is limited. Bring your own body lotion, conditioner. Hotel website states walk from Phaya Thai airport link which is 16 mins away not 10 mins. It is much closer from Ratchaprarop which is about 10 mins. With the heat and luggage, every minute counts. Good food stand by victory monument bts which is 5 mins away. The bathroom does smells bad especially when the toilet bowl lid is left opened. The room itself is fine.

We have early land tour in morning 6.30am but hotel don't provide breakfast even its included in our booking. Their breakfast start at 6.30am, so not like other hotel will provide at least a simple breakfast. Luckily we manage to get the street food nearby, else it will be a hunger journey for the land tour. Also, we are being asked to be quite during breakfast time, while the other group are also loud, I think this hotel staff discriminate us as Asian travellers. Anyway, I will not go back this hotel despite their service.

We had a lovely time and the staff were amazing, always accommodating and able to give us information or help. The downside was that it was quite hard to sleep because there was tapping noises in the hotel rooms we stay in. Also, all you can eat buffet was very limited and could've had more of a selection.
