Very impressed from the first step into the hotel. The taxi staff are very friendly and welcoming, as are the front desk staff and other departments. (Welcome drink upon check-in and check-out). Very satisfying bedroom, the bed is soul-sucking as the name suggests 😂 As for breakfast on the day we went which was Sunday, there was a buffet area with Thai food which is the hotel's signature (I felt very lucky because usually there are sets to choose from). There is a variety of food, everything is delicious. The swimming pool is just the right size, I like it very much 😍 The staff takes care of every level, really impressive. I would like to praise them. Will definitely use the service here again next time. If you are hesitating, choose here, you will not be disappointed. 👍 ***Things that should be improved: 1. It would be very good to have 2 key cards for entering the room, because you have to tap the key card when pressing the elevator. ☺️ 2. The parking lot is a bit small because there are quite a lot of customers. But overall, everything is okay, as the name suggests.

Service comes as number 1 Right here 5-star hotel service All employees are friendly. Very friendly, from the parking staff, reception, even the staff at the restaurant to take orders. Look after the mold very well, although the price of breakfast is about 100 baht per person. But the service including the taste of food is really overpriced. We come together as a family with children. The room is very clean. The child can rest comfortably, the bed is very soft. At first, we stay here for one night. I am addicted to staying for 3 more long nights (^_^) P.S. Breakfast, don't miss it.

Well, with a real name, there is a swimming pool in the hotel. We booked an ordinary room. Also upgraded to a pool view room The receptionist is very nice. Interested in paying attention to the beautiful bedroom as in the picture. Delicious breakfast But the room doesn't keep sound But it's okay Overall, I like it very much. Definitely stay again

The hotel makes us comfortable like in home, a the staff is full hospitality. Very recommend to use this hotels if you traveling with family, because my kids was enjoy stay here. The location was quiet and ti to far going everywhere, you can use grab and the cost was cheap

Highly recommend. โรงแรมดีมากค่ะ นอนหลับสบาย รู้สึกเหมือนพักที่บ้าน โลเคชั่นใจกลางเมือง อาหารเช้าโอเค มีเวิคช้อปลูกชุบให้ทำสนุกดีค่ะ คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป โรงแรมใส่ใจลูกค้าตั้งแต่เข้าพัก มีเวลคัมดริงค์ และกู้ดบายดริ้ง พร้อมขนมอร่อยๆ ให้ชิมด้วย เป็นการพักผ่อน 1 คืนกับเพื่อนๆที่ชิลมากค่ะ

We stayed with 5 people and ordered 2 rooms and it was not allowed that 1 room could not be for 3 people and there were no extra bed facilities and we were asked by the hotel to upgrade or order 1 more room and finally we ordered 3 rooms for 5 people.

AC was big problem. AC makes crazy noise when I set 26-28℃ and made me wake up many times. And I set less than 25℃, It was very cold and made me get sick next day. Accommodation was not bad but only a litlle thing made this worst stay in pattaya.

All the staff are very nice. very welcome The accommodation is clean and safe. The bedroom is spacious, clean, smells good, the bed is very soft, the air conditioner is cool, there are 2 towels, but no towels are provided. Bathrobes are provided. There is a hair dryer, clean bathroom, good water strength, wide pool, good size, overall 10/10.
