Property is really nice and maintained. Food is good. Staff are nice. Comfy and clean rooms. Great for the price! It’s more in the outskirts of Bangkok. Only thing I would recommend is that they clean and upgrade the balconies. The little birdies have taken over ☹️

Great for a quick overnight stay if you have an early morning flight the next day. Not much around the area for shopping or dining. You will have to grab a taxi. Can’t really walk anywhere close. Restaurant on the property is very good. They had a live band, have a nice chill feel at dinner time.

The resort was nice. They unexpectedly closed the pool for one month to do maintenance a week before our stay ended, without offering any compensation. Also never responded to our complaint the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. The most frustrating part was the distance to attractions. Spent quite a lot on taxis.

Wonderful potential in a very picturesque property - but the pool was fully closed for my stay (the reason I booked this property). Albeit the pool area being absolutely STUNNING, it was all closed which I wasn’t aware of, until arrival.
The front desk staff were lovely and suggested a free “onsen” in their spa which was a very nice gesture. Upon using the onsen it was very dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The same was observed in my hotel room bathroom with black mould around the sink, shower and toilet. This was the most expensive property I booked during my entire 3 weeks in Thailand and it was definitely the most underwhelming. There are many other great options in the area.

The room was quite comfortable, especially the bed, and the shower was great. The pool with the bar was also quite nice. My only issue was with the WiFi. I needed tech assistance because I had a VPN on my computer. The IT guys were very nice and resolved the problem.

Second time we have stayed here. Chosen for location being very near to airport. The pool is amazing, spent a very relaxing day before flying home after 3mths in Thailand. Not cheap, but very good value. Late checkout made it very convenient. Room was immaculate, staff excellent, breakfast good. Only negative is that they need to sort out the pigeon and dove issue. The buildings are starting to look shabby because of the birds mess and they are leaving mess around the pool area as well.
