I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Phuket and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. They greeted us with warm smiles and even gave us a delicious cookie when we checked in!
The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food, both local and international, and everything tasted fresh.
The location is great too—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend the DoubleTree in Phuket if you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Great service, good food, and a perfect spot to enjoy your holiday!

We had a most enjoyable stay at the hotel, all staff were so nice polite hospitable and accommodating on all levels.
We could not have asked for a better holiday experience.

Service was excellent. Pool and swim up bar was great despite the major construction being done during our stay. Happy hour at the pool was great. Poolside dj and half price drinks. Breakfast buffet was easily the Best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Just wonderful. Everything such as beach and Bangla walking street, walkable from hotel.

due to stay Check-in is quite cold, over 1 o'clock, but the front desk staff are very welcoming, both bell boy, but the next day, during check-out, will go to the car, daughter walks first, we clear the bill, she asks bellboy if there is an umbrella? I looked at my sister and didn't answer. Walk in the rain and get in the car. Hello bellboy pay attention. Nice Nining. Overall good :-)

Modern, clean rooms with views of the pool view, very pleasant. The location is very strategic, very close to Patong Beach. At night there are many street markets, easy to find food. Transportation is also very easy and there are many tuktuk near the hotel.

Our family holiday, we booked 2 superior room, clean room, view pool & nice balcony 👍👍. We stay for 2 nights. The front desk was very quick response for check in and she was very friendly. The hotel is close to everywhere, out of the hotel is directly at Patong Beach, the rooms are clean, the service is good, the employees are responsive, the check-in time is crowded. The employee responded immediately, told him to wait in a room, and immediately gave a welcome drink, the check-out process was fast, near the crowd, looking for food was not difficult, because the hotel left selling a lot of food, especially pizza that fits right in front of the hotel. .
