Spent 3 nights here, lobby and grounds are very beautiful. Very good breakfast. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was probably the best mai tai I've had! We also had a meal near reception, lovely thai food. Very comfy beds in pool area. Bedrooms are as others have said, a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Bed large and comfy. I found the pillows a bit soft, spoke to recepion, and a firmer one brought up straight away. All of the staff were very polite. Great stay.

The staff was amazing! I felt welcomed as they all greeted me with courtesy and smiles.
The reception area is cozy and relaxing. My room was beyond expectations and spotless.
I enjoyed the facilities. Especially, the pools and beach access points.

2nd visit - The hotel is impressive. Great pools, private beach access. Staff very friendly. Room nice bed excellent. Food very good. Sea view room worth it. Would certainly stay again. Close enough to Pattaya beach nightlife.

This was my 4th stay at the Dusit and it is showing its age--
hall carpets need replacing and halls painted--However, the staff more than makes up for small issues

But...there was an Indian tour group on one wekend, mainly guys who were quite a nuisance...Not ideal for a supposedly family orientated hotel!

I like this Hotel and have been there 5-6 times. It’s a good hotel.
But they have some lacks - their internet is unstable, get if fixed)) and they need to reinvest in an roomservice app - there are to many order mistakes.
But in general at good hotel 🌹

Safe and quite walkable to a big shopping mall . what I liked is the property has a side entrance to beach road if you want to avoid the lobby and the long walk .away from the noise but so close to get to about anything and anywhere.
