The staff are nice, smiling or hello or greeting the guests. Throughout the stay The strength is the staff Resolve immediate problems (late night front desk). There are disadvantages: understand that the rooms are old. But should check the room conditions before customers stay Breakfast is ok. Eat until 10:30 am and keep doing more. Overall, satisfied.

We got a pool access room which was nice. Kids enjoy it very much as well as adults enjoyed the relaxation evening by the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is big enough and clean as expected but one thing was not good is our door didn’t work properly. As didn’t lock and can be open from the outside which we’ve pointed out the issue to the staff. Breakfast was good with various choices. With nice overlooking on the beach there was another pool outside the restaurant area. There were 2 local restaurants just around the corner from the hotel which was quite handy and a small minimart next to the hotel as well. Overall we are happy with our stay.

This booking when checking in doesn't stay in the room booked. The room that has been rested should be the room that is disabled. Because there is dust and the bathroom is not clean In the front of the room there was a wood that was dismantled and placed beside the room Which if normally the accommodation here is very clean and good

Customers can reserve a pool room. Did not have the room reserved The staff did not tell or inform customers in advance, either before staying until check-in and not informing. When entering the room, the customer knows that the room is not reserved. In conclusion, the room is a house on the 2nd floor, not adjacent to the swimming pool.

The staff went to the wrong room when checking in. Opened the key card to enter. There were people sleeping in the room. Very shocked. Breakfast was lacking cleanliness. With birds coming to the island following a spoon to scoop food According to the dining table, there are flies.

Although the room is quite old, it is clean and comfortable. The pool access room is superb compared to the price you pay. The staff (at the front desk, housekeepers, and at the breakfast restaurant) are very helpful and is a plus to the service satisfactory.
