Wifi in the apartment was bad, too many similar SSID which cause confusion and the Wifi kept disconnecting.
Breakfast was not worth paying for it. Too little choice, do not have hot station for eggs or noodles.

15 minutes from airport train and 10 minutes to siam paragon. Great location for us and was most impressed with the morning breakfast buffet. Also, was upgraded to larger room which was a nice surprise.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. They have great amenities, friendly staff and services, and is at a great location. The only downside is that the rates are sometimes higher here than other hotels nearby.

This property is hugely overpriced. It’s old and stale. Some electrical sockets don’t work, the aircon is from last century, there was no hot water this morning and the shower over the bath was too low, water flow weak etc. Avoid this place!

We found this good deal from Expedia Package. The hotel location is in between the boat to the central and train station. It is spacious for a family of 6 and the hotel staff is helpful. Will definitely come back.

Front desk staff was absolutely first class. While affable Ms. Tee is the one who handled my check-in, her colleague was equally all smiles and welcoming. They both donned new beautiful blue dresses ( I had stayed with them a couple of years ago). Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Ms. Tee spoke fluent English with a beautiful accent. My wife (who is Thai) and I felt very welcome by these two wonderful ladies. Our room was 1818 on December 14-15, 2024 because we had reservations at nearby Asia Hotel. The entire hotel smells a beautiful aroma. The room was like brand new with a beautiful bathroom/separate shower.
I had tea and fruits on the 8th floor where I got equally impressive customer service from Michael and Aung. Michael was there a few years ago when I stayed with them. In the morning, I went to the gym and it was a breeze. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped.
Check out was equally impressive because we simply gave MsTee and her smiley colleague. I couldn’t read her name tag because she wasn’t the one serving us but she was very welcoming with a smile. What a check out!! It took a second and Ms. Tee and her colleague bid us farewell with all smiles and remarkable vibe.
This hotel is a jewel for any visitor who wants to feel valued and respected. It has a feel of someone’s home. Plus only a 5- minute walk to Ratchathewi BTS. It is also connected to the Każeń Japanese restaurant - which has the best Japanese food I have

Hotel’s service was excellent. The view was spectacular. Besides, coziness in the room is great. However, balcony is not secured enough. There should be two chairs provided to sit in stead of just one. Overall it’s a great experience to stay in downtown.
