Stay here pretty often, convenient, very clean and good service. Just no coffee tea in room. Breakfast is normal. You can find local food around hotel also bakery and many good Cafe. Recommend. Not for pool, it's jacuzzi. Gym is OK

I stay in this hotel more than 5 times. Very convenient location, short walk to MRT and BTS. Their breakfast is a bit boring but who cares, you have so much option for food in Bangkok. Best of all, I got 2 times free upgrade of room 😊.

Nany and Lina (plus the other staff) were excellent and were very attentive. Housekeeping always made sure I had everything I needed.
The only (minor) negative was that the water in the pool on the 12th floor wasn't very clean and I'm unsure how often it is cleaned.
Other than that, everything was great!

Booked this hotel for my parents’ trip and they came back with nothing but praises.
Location is convenient which we knew from the start, but it was the service that was exceptional.
The front desk was friendly, helping make their stay a pleasant and comfortable one - especially Kochakorn (Sor), Chonticha (didn’t get the nickname though, but it sounded like it rhymed with “name”), Kullanit (Job), and Lisa - apologies if I got their names wrong!
There was one point during the stay when the aircon became rather noisy - my parents voiced it out when heading for breakfast, and a technician had it fixed immediately (and it was all sorted out by the time they were back). Plus a fruit platter was sent after that with an apology as service recovery by the management team.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast buffet and rooftop terrace and gym the perfect retrear from the hustle and bustle. Lovely stay.

Had to move rooms because the first was moldy. Outdated and needs renovation. Second room Clean enough but not serviced daily (with Thai toilets you have a trash can for paper so service is important). Window looked onto a light well and air con was either too cold or off. Staff nice enough but you get what you pay for. Area convenient to mass transit but very crowded.

施設は少し古いですが、立地は最高です。BTS、MRTどちらにも徒歩５分くらいでいけます。マッサージ店も隣にあり食事もターミナル21でかなりお安く、おいしい食事ができます。
清掃も毎日入り清潔です。 口コミにあった「フェイスタオル」もありましたよ。
ほとんどが最高で次もこちらに泊まりたいのですが、ただ一つだけＴＶの電波がよわいのかほどんど見れませんでした。 タイ現地でドラマを見るのが楽しみだっただけに残念でした。。

Rude Security
Upon reaching the hotel, the security bluntly shouted at our grab driver to stop as there are construction outside the lobby. We need to alight outside and drag our luggage.
Poor Service (Cafe)
During 3rd morning breakfast, we told the service staff that the coffee tasted like hot water and there is no coffee taste. Nothing was being done. The usual coffee on our 1st 2 morning was great but not the third day. Breakfast selection are bare minimal and the refill are very slow. Dirty plates are lying on the table without clearing when guest had left. Thus need to wait for them to clear the tables before we can be seated.
Housekeeping
We left the room at 8am and place the make up room sign before we go out. We return the hotel at 4pm and the room is not make up yet.
Things to note
They do not provide toiletries and you need to purchase at the convenience store which you can find where you exit from the MRT gantry towards the direction of the hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay. If you can ignore the night life, the location is very close to the subway and skytrain stations, so super convenient. I loved the slighty vintage style of this hotel.
