Beautiful staff, all departments very good service (very really) spacious room. Beach front hotel is clean and peaceful, the most favorite is the swimming pool. I like the width of the pool and the back view of the pool. If there is a chance to return to the course again.

Customer service was not the best the manager who we had to deal with was like the smiling Assisn . Our issue live around the bathroom ate away at my clothes and they dealt with this issue with 1000 baht my clothes were worth over 50 gbp . Was so gross hotel is tired , reception staff. Not that friendly will say pool bar boys were amazing names niom all very friendly

Well located hotel by the beach with nice resort and pool. Rooms were good - the beds were very hard/firm, but we told reception and they added a mattress topper to the bed, which made it significantly better (should have requested on first night).

My husband and I loved the location of this hotel right on the beachfront.
It is an older hotel but we quite liked this aspect of it. Our room was a good size and we had a lovely view of the pool with the mountains behind and we could also see the sea. The pool was great. Nice and big and always warm. The staff were always cleaning the toilets and the communal areas. Some of the pool towels were a bit tatty and could do with being replaced. We always managed to get a sun lounger as people come and go.
It was a lovely setting to have breakfast which was decent. You can always have fresh omelettes/poached eggs etc made for you. We did have lunch in the restaurant one lunchtime but it wasn't great.
The staff don't have a lot of English but they were all friendly and helpful.
It has previously been mentioned that a deposit of 3000 baht had to be paid in cash, but this wasn't the case. A credit card hold was taken.
All in all, we spent a lovely week here. The location of this hotel is perfect, nice and quiet but not far to walk to the bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i would stay here again.

Well, our check in didn’t go to plan due to a mix up between the hotel and Expedia. Nevertheless, the manager went above and beyond to rectify this and even upgraded our booking to include breakfast as a thank you.
Now, without boring anyone, it’s on the beach and easy access to everywhere and everything. This is where u want to stay if you’re in Ao Nang (Krabi).

Location was amazing! Our room was beautiful with a peak of the ocean. Unfortunately our AC went out the last 2 days and it was very hot and humid. Also the beds were extremely stiff. Lastly the staff upon check in were friendly but check out was a different story. When we were trying to get a ride back to the airport no one cared to help

Decor was very dated, the hotel needs a bit of renovation. The bathroom in particular is very old. The sun loungers round the pool are plastic, looks a bit tacky. We stayed in other hotels in Thailand for the same price you had nicer decor which gives a nicer experience. The hotel is in a perfect location and the beach and scenery are stunning. The staff are very polite as always in Thailand.

Easy to walk to the Centara hotel nearby beach
Boats and boat trips are a very short walk away
Hotel is practically on the beach and you can have breakfast and dinner over looking the beach
Fire show at 9.30pm every night, 50 metres away outside a bar over looking the beach

We were in the standard rooms - block A I believe.
The rooms are the cheaper end of what was available, our room met expectations for the price.
A little tired - shower over bath (I’m 6ft and just about coped, Air con was a bit noisy etc. but otherwise did its job. We found the bed firm but fine
We had a lovely view over the pool.
Breakfast - I spotted spider like insects in one batch of cereal on our second morning and again on the third morning when I told the staff, there were no bugs on the 4th morning.
Thai breakfast options as well as cereals fruits and omlette to order available.
Dinner - great choice, excellent value Fillet steak for £8-9 which was a nice change after so much Thai cuisine. When we were in Patong steaks started at £13
