Clean rooms, friendly staff. Impressive service Help is very good. From the front lobby to the security guard and maid. Spacious room Comfortable bed Sleep well. The hotel's blueberry cake is delicious and very soft. There are more than one to buy one. Great value in quality. There are free bus services to the dc show center and from there you can travel to other places by the free bus. According to the car table. Next to Rama IX Hospital where there are seven restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the next time I will stay here again.

I book a room with a king size bed! But I got a room with 2 single bed put together and when on the bed you move the whole bed moved anyways we checked around 6 pm as we were very tired

Was charged for mini bar items that were on used. When asked the staff said it was a self imposed tip. Did not have time to discuss this with the manager. This was the first time in ten years of using this hotel we experienced this type of thing. We also noticed that the dinner buffet was very expensive for what they offer.

This hotel needs a renovation. It looks old from an interior point of view. We chose this hotel because it was close to where my girlfriend's office. The traffic in Bangkok is horrible. There is a hospital that is conveniently close to this hotel as well as an excellent shaded outdoor eateries for the office and hospital workers in the surrounding area. Overall our stay was average. The hotel staff was friendly and honest. We called for laundry and dry cleaning service and the staff returned cash money we left in our dirty clothes. We requested our rooms to be cleaned in a jiffy and they did it without any delay. Other than that the interior needs a refresh look. Maybe new paint scheme and new floor carpeting.

We had 2 queen beds and a single bed in our room which can actually fit 5 persons. Gym has good equipment and swimming pool reasonable size. Location is at least 15 min drive from siam area but the hotel provides free shuttle to central plaza, rama9 hrly from 11 am 2ways and once daily at 10 am to mbk 1 way. 7-11 is located in the hospital next door

The price is reasonable, very clean and comfortable, convenient in a sense that they have a complimentary shuttle to take you to places like the shopping areas. They will even give you a ride back to the hotel.can save CAB fare, FOOD- love it! and room service is really fast, they say it's 20 mins. but it actually arrives at your door earlier, the room facilities are not that advanced, like the TV is not exactly a flat screen but good enough. The bathroom? I loved the shower, the pressure was excellent, it even has a towel drier. Blow drier works very well, they have a souvenir shop which I liked. staff are very helpful and nice. Even the driver who picked me up at the airport, he couldn't speak english but he tries his best.oh and you have your own iron in the room. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Golden Tulip! ^_^ I had a wonderful stay!

I had Duplex room so it was big and comfortable and it was cleaned in regular basis.The service at the restaurant was good and the staff were polite.The location to me was not reall bad but also not so good.The hotel is a little bit old so the furniture were old too,the disappointed was television was really bad but I was satisfied with the rest so I mite go there again
