There is no electricity in the guest room from 10:00-16:00hrs (6h.) and close lift from 10:00-10:30 and 15:30-16:00hrs. (30 mins). Between this period, we provided some snack at the lobby."

Seemed a little cheap for a 5 star hotel to push together two double beds instead of having a queen or king sized bed. I kept sleeping on the crack in between and it gave me a back ache the next morning. The communication for room service was atrocious. To have foreign guests have a hard time understanding that accent or for me to repeatedly have to say that I'm requesting an Aqua Panna still water is ridiculous. On top of that, they managed to run out of hamburgers. How do you run out of a hamburger on a room service menu at a 5 star hotel. I then complained to the front desk that seemed devoid of any guest experience manager. They told me I had to for the restaurant manager. The restaurant manager didn't even have the courage to face me and had the front desk staff just comp my room service breakfast. It's not about the money. It's about caring to actually try to become better. Such unprofessional behavior. I was even considering complaining to the general manager of the hotel but if their restaurant manager is any indication of service, no thanks. I won't ever stay there again

The hotel is very dated stuck in the 1990's, rooms are very noisy from not only traffic but also the MRT. We stayed on the 17th floor and asked to be moved to a quieter room we were moved to the 29th floor and the noise from traffic was still awful, the hotel need to invest in secondary double glazing, we had a terrible nights sleep every night through out our stay to the point we considered moving to a different hotel and cutting our losses, the quality of food at the hotel restaurant was poor and expensive. The good points were a refreshed fridge every day with drinks and snacks, breakfast was average, but over all, very disappointed with this hotel considering its rated as 5 star property. found it quite odd the hotel does not sell Alcohol on the premises. unfortunately i would not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife's stay was overall very good. They were doing some construction due to the earthquake so it was a little bit noisy. The doors are also very heavy here!

This is the first time we stay at this hotel, we have a very pleasant stay for 3 days. The hotel is very close to the BTS station. Room is spacious with balcony and clean. They offer us free mini bar and soft drink everyday. Breakfast is good with lot of choices. All staffs at reception and restaurant are very friendly.

Cleanliness and room spacious which is good. Breakfast was adequate with choices.
I like the gym which is well equipped but it would be even better if the opening time can be extended to midnight. Now is closed at 10pm.

Excellent hotel-the area was very convenient and walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness center was smaller Tha Ratchadamri property, but nice. The staff was friendly and approachable.

This hotel is close to BTS .. it’s about 5 minutes walk. I got upgraded to a corner room which was sweet.. overall, the hotel is great.. clean, comfortable, room with a kitchenette and washer which I didn’t use.. I really love their in-house spa on the 30th floor, would recommend to everyone you won’t be disappointed.. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast.. very crowded and the food variety isn’t that great ..

Convenient with its surrounding area.
One thing hope to improve. There are so many mosquitoes and bite me at the lobby area no matter day and night time. It is extremely uncomfortable for me to stay at lobby area.
