Great accommodation and excellent service. There's a coffee shop with delicious coffee. It's quiet, peaceful, and not crowded. Clean and tidy.

The room pictures and descriptions provided were deceptive and did not match reality. It was based on these images that we made our booking decision, yet we were neither allowed to change rooms nor receive a refund. This severely compromised our stay experience. We expect your company to address this issue appropriately and provide a reasonable explanation to resolve this matter.
