Hotel is situated right in front of beach and close to Krabi Night Market... Hotel is quite big and rooms are also specious. We stayed in family pool view room. The only problem was there was no locking system to the toilet/bathroom.
Overall the stay for three night was amazing. Staff is very polite and helpfull.

What a beautiful hotel despite the lack of maintenance and a decent pool temperature. When we first arrived our room door would not close without a hotel staff member forcing it shut. All the doors were hard to open and were gaps that let mosquitoes in.
Our bathroom light was out and the staff said it needed more than a bulb. The bathtub drain would not seat and the bath tub would not hold water. (Again another call to the front desk for a maintenance man).
We paid a lot of money for the penthouse suite with a private pool that we could not even use as it was ice cold.
Huge waste of money. The Thai staff was sweet and wonderful though and the breakfast buffet was decent.

The best part of this accommodation is that it is not smack bang in the middle of Ao Nang's main area, which means it is a little quieter. The room with pool access was really nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. I didn't like rollaway beds being kept outside in the hallway; it was a little inconvenient and not very presentable. There are lots of families with children in this resort, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may not be your place. At the end of the day, would I stay here again? If the price was right, yes.

This ended up being a very disappointing stay. There were some pros but not enough to make up for the cons. Note, WiFi barely works and cuts in and out often.
Service: Check in was difficult. They were very rude and acted impatient when they were the ones who didn’t have the right rooms for us. They kept trying to make us take a smaller room than what we paid for and when we refused they got annoyed.
When you called for towels or water, half the time no one picked up. If they did pick up and we asked for 2 towels they only brought one or if we asked for 4 water bottles they brought 2 - it didn’t make sense.
Once we were in the lobby and we asked for water and they told us we had to go back to the room order from room service and then wait for them to deliver and then we could come back and hangout in their common area with the bottled water.
House keeping only came and sweeped, made the bed, and picked up our old towels. They wouldn’t refill the coffee or other amenities unless we asked.
Room: The room was a really nice size and clean. The beds were comfortable and air conditioned worked amazingly well. The only issue with the rooms was the water. There was only 10 minutes worth of hot water so if you’re showering back to back with your roommate, one person got a cold shower. Also, the water pressure wasn’t consistent, we would shower either really early or late so it can’t be explained by too many people showering at that time.

3박 4일간 묵었던 홀리데이 아오낭 비치 리조트. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 직원들이 친절했고, 걷다가 만나는 직원들이 웃으면서 인사해줬습니다. 비치 앞이라 뷰도 좋았고, 야시장과 가까워서 산책하기에도 좋았어요.

Hotel has a wonderful offers to eat in .. discount of alcohol /Combo offers / dessert 50% after 5 pm.
The rooms are spacious, best hotel to stay with kids as they have many activities throughout the day,some are chargeable.
Hotel shuttle is available to the center.
U can book sightseeing tours from outside on the street.
Ao nang landmark market has good restaurants as well... And activities for kids.

Property was very nice. Walkable area around the hotel was enjoyable. Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful any time of day.
I stayed in the room with a private pool. The room was great, however the pool was so cold I really couldn’t enjoy it the way I wanted to. Only went in once in 5 days because of the temperature.
Other than that it was a very enjoyable place to stay.
