I was already a couple of times at the Amber Hotel in Pattaya, and I always love to return. A very friendly atmosphere, a very clean hotel, a nice pool area, and super friendly staff. The rooms are clean and usually pretty quiet at night. However, you are very fast at Soi Bukhao at Pattaya, which is just a couple of steps away. Highly recommend that place.

I have stayed at this hotel often so obviously my experience overall is a good one and much of that is owing to the staff who are by and large very helpful and attentive. However I would advise ownership to invest in maintaining the property so that it does not fall into disrepair because the signs of wear and tear are evident throughout. Most distressing in my particular case was a leaky air conditioning unit which despite the staff, housekeeping, and technicians' best efforts, could not be fixed despite no less than five attempts to do so. It's not a reach to assume that I am not the first guest to experience said leaking air conditioner in that room. If that is indeed the case then my conclusion is that ownership would rather have guests deal with the inconvenience and put the burden on management and staff to deal with it rather than simply investing in replacing the unit. These kinds of issues can accumulate quickly and result in loss of reputation which, once gone, is difficult to regain.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Specifically, Kee. She was very professional and accommodating. The room was phenomenal. Very clean with a great view of the pool. Overall, my experience was excellent. This hotels in a Primary location and the price is very affordable.

lovely room and very comfortable bed. Book a pool facing room, you will thank me later. One side of the hotel faces Treetown and it's too loud at night plus there's a rooster that likes 430 am wakeup. pool view removes any of that.

This is an excellent small hotel. It is in a quiet location and the staff are outstanding. The only criticism is that the hallways are not air conditioned and the hall floors need replaced. Give this hotel a do you will not be disappointed

Excellent staff, we had one small issue withg the air conditioning, it was seen to by the maintence department with 10 minutes. The bed was very confortable, the pools aregood. Overall a very enjoyabl;e stay, we will be returning. Thanks

Buffet breakfast was quite adequate but some of the hot food wasn't hot. Coffee was good. Walls a bit thin as i could hear the couple next-door arguing! Staff were friendly.

The only reason I do not rate this hotel as excellent is that they allow smoking on the premises. Almost impossible to sit anywhere outside without being smothered by cigarette smoke.
