Overall it was a great hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel had everything you needed. It was rainy season when we went and they provided umbrellas, slip flops, beach bag, slippers, etc. the breakfast was decent. They had a variety of food. The AC was cold. Better than expected.

Everything was excellent about this Hotel accommodation and its location.
The only disappointment was the deposit taken during the check-in. It was taken from my credit card and during checkout i was told Everything was fine and i should get the refund within 3 weeks. Now its over a month and its not refunded yet.

Made the right choice for 4D3N vacation in PaTong beach. Walking distance at Bang La street (don’t worry room has an excellent sound proofing), eateries , Massage (do visit Vimaan massage) & many tourists information center. Numerous choices of breakfast buffet, staffs are friendly… i will definitely will stay here again.

I found the pictures of this hotel deceiving. The pool is mediocre however, the view is nice since you get to see the beach. Breakfast was included in our room and the food was great.
The reason this hotel is not even close to a five star was the front desk service. They did the bare minimum, were not friendly or inviting and also did not have answers to any questions we had when it came to activities to do in the area. This was lacking customer service, which we found to be great at other hotels in Thailand.
Don’t bother booking any excursions through the hotel as when you walk out there are quite a few tour operators where you will get much cheaper for the same tours.

Hotel Clover is very well located in the heart of Patong Beach. We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and other services like ATMs and transport options. The staf were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. When we had a problem with the air-conditioning it was attended to immediately. We would stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location. Right across from the beach. Beautiful beach. Pool is nicer in the photos I thought I booked a 2 bedroom unit but it was just a connecting door. Breakfast was an add on but was below average for a buffet. Bonus was suppose to be a vip 10% discount on food and drink but only applied under their conditions and when I complained that I was suppose to be on all food and drinks I was basically told “too bad”.

Staff went above and beyond, very clean room and maid (Jua?) was excellent. Despite the hotel being close to the mayhem of Bangla Road, the room was quiet. Definitely would recommend to others.

Staff very nice. But they need to give better coffee snacks tea. In room. Very cheap. Also in toilet And explain where everything is in room. As its not cheap price. But its the new style hotel. Help yourself alot

Pros: Location, staff and cleanliness
Cons: beds may as well have been concrete slabs and the food and drinks from the hotel were overpriced and underwhelming (other than the breakfast if it’s included)
Overall though the place is great if you want to be in the thick of it. Rooftop pool was good with a decent view of the beach. If I stayed again I wouldn’t bother getting the room with a jacuzzi, we didn’t end up using it and it’s not worth the extra.
