Room was large which was good. Floor condition was terrible. Hot water kept fluctuating which made taking a shower a challenge. They charged for ice which was a first of all the hotels I’ve stayed at.

Although it is a value for money spot for travelers but trust me, spend abit more to top up and get better hotel.
I booked before seeing it's review, indeed the floor tiles are uneven, broken, shower doesn't have strong waters, aircon wasn't that cold until you request the room to be fully air conditioned the whole day.
In short, bad experience.

Arrived 3pm asked to wait 30 mins for room to be cleaned. Others checking in as normal. No refreshments or water offered despite my 12 hour non stop flight. When staff questioned only answer was “wait a moment” Kept asking me for passport, booking ref, number of nights I was staying, whether I wanted 1 or 2 beds, I said any, just need a room. They actually already had all this information I saw my check in form.Finally after 45 mins given a room, unpacked and then told I was being upgraded. Turned out new room was lower Standard than first room, but consolation was a basket of fresh fruit.

Its a convenient location near BTS but disappointed with the room. The room was dusty and floor not mopped. In the entire six days of our stay only bed was made- the floor was not swept and the room dusty.

Hotel has had a slight room refurbishment but it’s still very dated. My hot water was hard to control. The temperature was either very hot or cold so couldn’t find a comfortable point. Otherwise it’s a good location for a short stay and the staff are nice.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice. Mr Odd was a very nice man and very helpful to me. Had to cut trip short because of Covid...hope i can come back soon at a better time. Will definately stay again. Thanks so much for hospitality!!!

Unserviceable TV, Safe, and room flooded with insecticide at almost midnight. Here is my review: I am ok with the Long wait to check in. After I enter the room, the safe was spoilt, I think never mind, I will lock my valuable in my luggage. End of the day, I return to room and found the TV not working. I think positively, just watch YouTube from my phone. After that I slept. Around 10+pm, I was slightly awaken by a bad smell, around 11+pm, I was coughing and turn on the lights, only to found my whole room filled with smoke. I though there was a fire and rush out but all was ok along the corridor and I opened my door to air the room and inform the security guard. Soon three staffs were there and took pics, I took video and pics also. The staffs were nice people and told me the pesticide enter through the aircon and change the room for me. I had problem sleeping and was very tired the next day as I was still coughing badly the remaining night from breathing the pesticide for a prolong period of time.
