Close to the river and asiatique. Good facilities and staff. Nice rooftop bar

Cute rooftop bar and restaurant, soft bed, friendly staff. Quick acess to alot of shopping ferrys and taxis.

Great hotel with great room and close to Asiatique.

One day staycation to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. Nice and relaxing but wish it was located n nearer the river.

Very unique design

Jacuzzi Room is nice deco n comfort bed. but the jacuzzi is very dirty with dirt objects once jacuzzi is on. Breakfast is freshly cook upon order but cleanliness is doubt. Few min walk to Asiatique. Sound proof not good especially they got function at rooftop bar.

Hotel itself is nice. But it doesn’t not near the city or scenery place, and it it hard to take taxi. Norma taxi drovers always refuse to go hotel, and it doesn’t not near BTS station too

Nice hotel. Breakfast is a bit too cincai. Pillow is a little flat. Everything in the room charge with extra charges.

nice hotel, it better than look outside. I hope some decoration front desk. Inside rooms are perfect :) Nice managers and very kind.

Basically my stay was a short, can't really comment much. For nearby tourist attraction = its location is extremely near Asiatique and Chao Phraya river. Nice view of river somehow is block by the surrounding tall building.(somehow abit disappointed, don't know there's so much tall building around it) But the hotel crews provide great customer services, such as: when we alight from taxi, the hotel receptionist move out from her frontdesk. She use umbrella to shield us from heavy rain to hotel main lobby. Appreciate such kind move...

The picture that shown is exactly the same. Room was spacious n clean. The stay is near 5-8 mins walk away from Asiatique. You able to find food n massage parlours(they close quite early) around the area.

The cushion on top of the pillows had white spots and disgusting the tap has last visitor Hair band tied to it and no housekeeping take away and overall location wasn’t that bad but a little far away and lots of mosquitos and the receptionist always not there sometimes when call down and no one pickup and complain about the cushion next morning so they dun put back after change linen and back to the room still there and no one listened and so it was terrible with a hair on it so they changed it at night for me and took a photo for the management team and next morning checkout no one wanted to say who was the guy who picked up the call as some guy told me he was working but that time he didn’t pickup my call... which was not investigating why and Who picked up the call and make such mistake as I just said very nicely on the phone call but they seemed okay... so I was shocked as the grey cushion was entirely all over the pillow when I was back at night... scary and also the wifi didn’t work at night as well.... overall not as nice as I expected as some part of the Room wall was very bad in the corner with a huge crack to it.... and I will not consider going back again

Nice stay. clean room, comfy bed. room is big. would generally recommend to friends. it was cooling weather when we stayed, not sure about summer time as the temperature increases, as the lobby and corridor are without aircon.

Check in staff needed to be better trained. Limited knowledge in customer service.

The room is amazing. Clean and we love the jaccuzi. Staff took a long time to find our booking. Swimming pool is more like a baby pool. Love the food around the hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. Modern, well appointed, and well curracted. But, don’t make the mistake of thinking you’ll be able to enjoy any of the amenities other than your room. The beautiful (I’m assuming) rooftop restaurant/bar, room service, and breakfast will be unavailable if there are any events scheduled at the hotel. Both the evening and the following day we stayed here, we were unable to receive the breakfast buffet we paid for or get dinner/drinks at the rooftop bar (the reason we chose this hotel), or even order room service because there had been an event that night and the next day there was another event being set up for. Also, there was construction being done for the whole night and early morning in preparation for these events, so no sleep was had either. So, unless you are staying here for an event, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any sleep or paid for amenities.

This hotel locates near the river and is within walk distance to the Asiatique. The room gives me boutique hotel feeling. However the staff English skill needs improvement. Wifi sometimes is not very stable. Breakfast selection is OK but not on par with some of the hotels I stayed in Bangkok before.

The staff needs to be more comfortable communicating and responding to guests' requests in English. Simple requests such as asking for an iron at night or having a bucket of ice in the room needs to be haggled for as the staff gave reasons that were unacceptable of hotel standards (i.e. housekeeping have left for the day or a wedding is being conducted therefore ice is unavailable).

Expedia and the hotel were absolutely terrible at managing our reservation. We reserved a few weeks in advance of our stay and got a confirmation email that everything was booked. Then, the night before we receive an email about our hotel being overbooked and that we are requested to move elsewhere over 20 minutes away from our original location. Our location was selected specifically due to proximity to events we were attending for our trip. Getting this email notification 18 hours before check in this was absolutely frustrating. What followed was even more upsetting and unacceptable. It took over 5 hours to communicate with our hotel throughout the night while traveling which was a huge stress and waste of time. Expedia did nothing to help despite us calling and messaging on Facebook, we had to handle it with the hotel ourselves. The hotel staff were not responsive or attentive to this issue but instead passing the phone around. We found out the hotel wasn't overbooked and our room was still available but at the last minute the hotel decided to suggest we move elsewhere due to a wedding taking place on their rooftop. We assume weddings aren't planned at the very last minute so we were furious that we got this notification only hours before our arrival. Whats more, Expedia didn't call us to rectify the issue until well into the next day. We got a call from Expedia asking us to move to a different hotel after we had already checked in. Overall, a horrible experience.
