Very courteous and efficient staff and convenient location to Soi 6 nightlife and Beach Road. Morning breakfast buffet was incredible in its variety and quality. For tobacco users, the ability to smoke on the balcony was delightful. The price was a bargain and the beds were super-comfortable. The only issues were the air conditioning that refused to turn on in the middle of the night and the fact that Soi 4 is sketchy at night (but then so is most of central Pattaya). Definitely would stay again.

The Hotel is just good, staff are really nice and service was great specially the host. Therefore The hotel needed more motivation as has mold smell and food is not great we paid for seafood dinner the food was not good and not many collections.

Stayed here to see if it has improved from two years ago. About the same, acceptable for an older property, appears to be about twenty years old. They did install USB ports. Hallways are very dark. Good service makes up for negatives, ok for short stay. Breakfast decent with good selection.

Good value for money overall. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Excellent breakfasts. Delicious lunch in restaurant. A few niggles though. The swimming pool is uninviting and barely used, probably because it is located at the front of the hotel in full view of allcomers. Room service is not 24 hours, it ends at 6PM. The hotel gym is small and cramped with equipment. No iron and ironing board in the room.

Our stay was beyond exemplary due to the excellent service.
Can’t thank Jacky enough,
He was so accomodating and even managed to help me out with an extra night when I had to return home.
Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
The breakfast is very very good and the the Pad Ko Pao is the best in town.

At check-in, our suite was not ready but we were pleasantly surprised with a guests lounge that is pretty comfortable.
Staff is polite and friendly. The room is pretty dark at night, it might be a good idea to add more lights.
Lastly, i recommend that safety of bathroom to be reviewed. There are steps leading up to a platform and the bath-tub is a drop. It might be good idea to add railings to for elderly / children to balance themselves when getting in / out of the bathtub or up/down the steps.
