ibis Styles Bangkok Silom

I love staying at this hotel, it’s beautiful design, comfortable rooms, great location, very friendly and attentive staff and most importantly very clean. The only downside we faced is that the roads were blocked during Songkran and there was no possible way to avoid getting wet or try to get in and out without pushing through thousands of people for 3 days straight but that’s not their fault so keep that in mind, just for those dates in April, overall would definitely come back again.

A really nice comfortable place in the heart of the entertainment district - crazy during Songkran! Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and nice buffet breakfast.

Check in was fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is located to nearby shops and restaurants. There is a night market across the road. Great location if you you like to visit the bars and clubs of Silom. But located far enough away not to hear external noise from Bangkok outside. Rooms are really clean and bright. Beds are super comfy. Shower is located in the main room so might be an issue for some people. Pool and rooftop area is nice but not sure when it gets sunlight. Maybe early in the day. The coffee bar in the lobby area is reasonably priced. The coffee is really good and again nice staff. I loved my stay here and will definitely return.

Second time staying here. Comfy beds, great room and perfectly located with easy access to BTS and MRT. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet fantastic. Would recommend

This was my first stay at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is very close to a BTS station. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The only thing I found disappointing was that they only have one size of pillow which is not good for anyone with neck problems.

Not enough room for luggage. I don't like shampoo and shower gel are mixed together. All staff are promptly response should be recognized.

My return stay. I am still impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the reception staff. Special mention goes out to Tong. She is always bubbly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Ibis Styles Silom is located within walking distance to BTS and Silom Subway a bit further away - 6 mins, and is near to a 24hr causal restaurant Took Lae Dee (Foodland). Hotel’s lounge staff were friendly and polite. We just need to bear with the “overwhelmed” hotel restaurant service crew, in particular, a certain male staff who was expressionless, even when I greeted and thanked him.

Staff at check in desk were professional, friendly and super helpful. Room was nice size, great water pressure, hot water, good lighting, good a/c, comfy beds, and lots of outlets. A definite repeat. Thank you ibis styles team

New and comfortable within easy reach of the attractions, including the BTS a few steps away.

I have stayed at Ibis Styles Silom many times. The staff is always very friendly and the location is perfect. Close to shopping, night markets and public transportation. The rooms are well cleaned and the hotel presents very well. Some small downsides- rooms facing the atrium can get noise from the lobby, you have to request to make room temperature changes, and sometimes not enough staff in busy areas like the rooftop bar/restaurant. Overall a great place to stay.

I had an interior room, which got very little natural light. The room was clean and new, although the daily housekeeping did not clean the bathroom sink or counter each night, so it got pretty dirty. Poor sound insulation between the room and hallway: I had to wear earplugs at night because I could hear conversations in the hall & doors closing as though my door wasn't there. Biggest annoyance was the AC, which kept resetting itself to 21C every time I re-entered the room. I always wanted 23C. A few times I think it reverted to 21C in the middle of the night and other times though I hadn't left the room. The various lights had no memory either and I had to go around hitting switches each time I came back. Shower and toilet were good, bed was comfy. Too few horizontal surfaces for my clothes & luagge. The desk had only enough space for my laptop. The top of the minibar was about the same size. The bathroom had a closet-like nook but I didn't want to store things where there was so much moisture. So I had to scatter things around messily. However, the hotel's location is great, and the price was pretty good for NYE and despite only booking two weeks in advance.
