This property has efficient, friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. There are also snack and meal options.The lovey rooftop pool is very inviting and, along with a well equipped exercise room provides an excellent view of the city. Shopping, restaurants and transit are nearby.

My excellent was excellent. If I had to make any criticism I would say that the food (room service) is not amazing. That said, again the hotel is in a great location, super safe, clean, nice pool, and friendly staff.

I had a great room, was nice and quiet. The pool and bar were great. Drink prices were too expensive though unless you go for happy hour. Guess that is the privilege of not having to leave the hotel. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed here before, and once again happy with the overall experience. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The only feedback I would have for the hotel would be that a complimentary business lounge would be a good addition, somewhere you can print the odd document, etc. However, not a deal breaker and I will definitely stay here again.

I would say it is a good stay and location is ideal. However, the weather is hot in Bangkok and while it is a short walk to Saladaeng BTS, do expect to sweat it out.

I love staying at this hotel, it’s beautiful design, comfortable rooms, great location, very friendly and attentive staff and most importantly very clean. The only downside we faced is that the roads were blocked during Songkran and there was no possible way to avoid getting wet or try to get in and out without pushing through thousands of people for 3 days straight but that’s not their fault so keep that in mind, just for those dates in April, overall would definitely come back again.

A really nice comfortable place in the heart of the entertainment district - crazy during Songkran! Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and nice buffet breakfast.
