The location in Soi 4 is excellent. Families perhaps need to be aware of the adult entertainment in this Soi. Only a short walk to Nana BTS station. The rooms are more than adequate. The bathoom was flawlessly clean and the shower had great water pressure. I very much appreciated allowing an early check-in following an early morning arrival from UK.

The best thing about the IBIS Styles, apart from the super friendly and helpful staff and the location, is the incredibly comfortable beds. I always have a fantastic sleep!!!

From the moment I arrived until I left - every interaction with the staff was outstanding! From the security guard allowing cars in, the front desk agents, all the staff in the restaurant (and 6th floor breakfast), and of course the amazing housekeepers - all were amazing.

Place was very easy to find and the staff were super friendly with a really nice stay here I think there’s some maintenance that would need to be done. Is there a main bathroom off the kitchen has a leaky roof. Everything worked and the setting was very nice. Pool was well kept and I used very frequently. Nice and close to all kinds of entertainment, dining, and the beach. It’s just a short walk away. Great stay and excellent staff.

This is a very good property right in the middle of all the activity in this part of a Bangkok in the hotel is very well run. The breakfast is pretty terrific and the breakfast room is even better.

The staff and the location can not be topped. There is one(1) big negative about the property. Smoking is allowed on the pool deck . There is a designated area to smoke but this does absolutely no good. In addition, not all smokers abide by this rule. Please make the restaurants, pool, and common areas smoke free !!

The staff and property are wonderful. There is one negative about the property . They allow smoking on the pool deck . There is a designated area which does not help at all . In addition, not all smokers abide by the rules. It diminishes the experience at the property .

I like how this property has lots of businesses in a straight road by it, very simple to navigate and get used to.
What I didnt like was that there was no security in the building and hotel staff doesnt really watch customers, only if you come front desk.
