Place needs some kinda fixing. Lots of molds and mildews inside the bathroom. Furniture paints are fading and towels looks over used with holes on it. Space is very spacious and its like staying in a full service apartment.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that the shuttle service ends at 6pm. They were kind enough to send us out on our first night. However when we asked for subsequent nights, the staff explained the service ends at 6pm. The streets leading out to main station was quite dark and busy, I felt was not really suitable for people with elderly travellers to walk out in the night. We didn’t want to utilise grab as we are going to nearby terminal 21 only for dinner. Do consider to extend the shuttle in the evening as it’s challenging to walk in the dark on the uneven roads.

Nice hotel, however a little costly for its age. Does not have a decent bar to grab drink. Only a couple bottles in the dining area. I paid 90 baht for a coffee but next door at 711 you can get a better coffee for 50 baht! Staff are fantastic! It's handy to walk to everything! The traffic is totally gnarly!!

This was the 2nd time ive stayed here. The 1st time i stayed in a better room. This time a stayed in the junior suite and the smell from the swewdrains was nearly off putting id have to think twice now if i ever stay here again. Did mention it the front desk on the 2nd night staying 6 nights on total. Nothing was done about it.

University open day trip. The hotel staff looked after us and even upgraded our room.

Location is good. Not too far from Suhkumvit Road BTS.
I was put into the condominium building.
1st the card wouldn’t open door. Move to 2nd apartment.
The smell of damp musky odour was strong in corridor. Couldn’t understand how people live with that.
Apartment was huge. But it was dated. AC units were very noisy when the inverters kicked in. Just outside window.
The main fault was the intermittent sewerage smell emitted from the floor drain in toilet.
Top of toilet was in need of a deep clean. House came in,but didn’t clean it down.
View from window was multi car park building.
I reported it to reception on checkout.
Breakfast was ok. Best thing was the espresso.
Staff were very polite and attentive when approached.

They do need to increase their signage off the road as my taxi drove straight past it, their restaurant sign for the Thyme restaurant was more noticeable which confused us.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well. Breakfasts were very relaxed and yummy.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor.
Overall it was a base to roam from and to sleep in. It achieved this and was very comfortable.

Myself and my 10 year old daughter loved this hotel. Quiet and safe location. Excellent service from staff, clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fresh buffet breakfast every morning, conveniently located -close to the high street/train/taxi etc.
Would highly recommend.
