It was a good place, quite street, but not too far from all the busy streets. Room was a bit old and dated, but everything was clean and staffs were very friendly. Nothing extra ordinary, but just a nice and clean place to stay. They also upgraded me to the executive suite, which was nice!

Hotel in the heart of a lively area. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The beds are the most comfortable I have slept in Thailand – well known for very hard mattresses. All the hotel staff were courteous and service was amazing. We stayed for two nights and liked it so much we returned after a tour of SE Asia.

Place needs some kinda fixing. Lots of molds and mildews inside the bathroom. Furniture paints are fading and towels looks over used with holes on it. Space is very spacious and its like staying in a full service apartment.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that the shuttle service ends at 6pm. They were kind enough to send us out on our first night. However when we asked for subsequent nights, the staff explained the service ends at 6pm. The streets leading out to main station was quite dark and busy, I felt was not really suitable for people with elderly travellers to walk out in the night. We didn’t want to utilise grab as we are going to nearby terminal 21 only for dinner. Do consider to extend the shuttle in the evening as it’s challenging to walk in the dark on the uneven roads.

Nice hotel, however a little costly for its age. Does not have a decent bar to grab drink. Only a couple bottles in the dining area. I paid 90 baht for a coffee but next door at 711 you can get a better coffee for 50 baht! Staff are fantastic! It's handy to walk to everything! The traffic is totally gnarly!!
