Good place to stay, hotel is super neat and clean

It turned out the pillow wasn't very comfortable. It was a bit hard.

The place is in an alley with twists and turns. The hallway resembles a boarding house, so voices echo when someone talks. The shuttle is sometimes available, sometimes closed, and sometimes opened after 12. It's not practical.

The staff was friendly, and the room and bed were large. Unfortunately, the pillows were hard.

Everything was great, the staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel was clean.

The location is great, near Pratunam, and they have buggy services to drop you off around the hotel areas. The hotel room is spacious, can have 2 big luggages open without obstructing the walking area.

The hotel staff are friendly, especially Kak Fah, who can speak Malay, which is easy for Indonesians and Malaysians to understand.

A comfortable hotel, located in Pratunam so you only need to walk... and there is a car that takes you to the Pratunam area for free.

Very strategic, close to market, mal, etc. Quite place despite in the middle of the city, very recommended

staff was friendly and helpful, they even have buggy car to transit the guest around to some area in pratunam, however we have trouble with our room wifi, suddenly it didn’t work anymore on our second day of stay, and other rooms also have bad connection, hopefully they can fixed this issue in the future

New hotel, clean, enthusiastic staff, quiet area. Spacious room, laundry room, entertainment room. There is a tuktuk to take you to Pratunam market or PTS Phaya Thai, very convenient.

I’ve visited Thailand over 10 times, but this is the first hotel that really impressed me enough to write a review. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helped carry our luggage. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. When we walked into the room, my first thought was wow, it looked even more spacious than in the photos. The biggest surprise was how clean everything was. The floors were spotless (like at home) ,the bathroom was large and fresh with no smell at all, and even the shelves and tables were dust-free. I also loved the sink area outside the bathroom, it had a wide counter, perfect for laying out all my makeup and toiletries without feeling cramped. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. They cleaned thoroughly and made sure everything stayed fresh. We stayed on the 8th floor, which was very quiet with no street noise, though you could still hear doors opening and closing from nearby rooms. The hotel is tucked away in an alley, but they provide a free shuttle to convenient places like 7-Eleven and massage shops. The driver (sadly I forgot his name) was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Overall, with this price range, this has been the best hotel choice I’ve made in Thailand so far. I honestly have nothing to complain about, and next time I’m back, I’ll definitely choose Klub Hotel again.

The location is a bit tucked away inside an alley, but the hotel provides a shuttle service to several drop-off points, which makes it convenient to reach tourist attractions and transportation hubs. The room itself is quite spacious with decent facilities, offering a comfortable stay overall. However, the breakfast was rather basic and nothing particularly special.

Second stay here, and always a great experience! Thanks to Kimmy (the cutest receptionist with soft voice!) who has always been so helpful during our stay! Will go back for sure!! The bedroom, bathroom, resto, shuttle service, the surroundings area, all perfect.
