Great hotel

Great location, nice room

We booked a beach access pool villa and the room was very impressive. I really enjoyed the room, the pool was kinda green, but I believe there were chemicals added the second or third day which cleaned it up nicely. I preordered the full board which included breakfast, lunch and dinner for those that don’t know what a full and half board are. The food wasn’t that impressive for the price I paid for the room and being a resort. I believe most of the food is possibly frozen and not fresh but I could be wrong. I recommend buying just the breakfast or half board. We had to request turn down service which was quite odd. Other than that the stay was quite enjoyable, and me and my partner enjoyed our time in Krabi. The bed was very comfortable and I slept amazing.

The location was perfect, lots of shops and restaurants just outside the gates. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. A/C was working great and you’ll definitely need it. They have access to the beach

Fantastic location, in the heart of the action, however far enough away that ypu didnt hear any noise at night. Lovely swimming pool. Great staff

It’s pretty nice.

For what we paid this resort definitely didn't meet our expectations. The room we had book wasn't what we expected. It was advertised as a grand pool room and we had no view of the pool. Its very quiet place. No vibe so definitely more suited for those who want to relax and read.

Nice rooms with big balconies, nice pool area and beach . Breakfast could use some more staffing , but was still decent .

had to go through 2 rooms before offered an ungraded room which was very nice - 1st room nice but AC was broken - 2nd room there was a sewage smell that would make you sick 3rd room - one of the bungalows was very nice so they made up for the other 2

Our group of five really enjoyed our time at this resort. We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. We all enjoyed the options at the breakfast buffet every morning. The pool area was relaxing & we enjoyed the swim up bar. Our rooms were very comfortable. We loved the easy access within walking distance to the main street with all the numerous restaurants and shops.

Great position on Ao nang beach front property. Nice rooms to stay in but upgrade for them don’t go for the cheap ones. Nice gardens around the property. 3 lee downs were, 1 both pools looked a bit murky so didn’t use them, loos near restaurant and beach were filthy and in desperate need of upgrading, seriously, a good regular clean would have been nice, I complained a couple of time about cleaning them!! Everyone wants chairs near beach as it’s cooler so maybe bring unused pool chairs and put more by the beach. Sadly though chairs not cleaned and rubbish not cleared end of day so if you go get a chair in the morning you have to clean it and remove rubbish from day before. Breakfast and drinks good but didn’t eat other than that, nice stay in all!

This hotel was in a good location for Ao Nang, it’s right on the beach, although it’s not the best beach it’s nice enough and you can look out over it whilst having breakfast. You could also easily pickup the water taxis a short walk down the beach. The breakfast was really nice, full range of options. The hotel grounds/gardens are kept really nice and it’s nice to walk around. Where this hotel falls down is on the rooms and pool area. We had a luxury grand pool room, it’s grand in the sense it’s big with high ceilings but was far from luxury, the bath panel was hanging off, the plugs in bath and sink didn’t work and there was a big rusty bolt sticking up from the floor. You got two sachets of Nescafé, sugar and whitener which never got replaced. It was billed as having robes and slippers, didn’t have any, when asked they said they didn’t do them. The air con was so loud, sounded like a jet taking off so there was a choice between not sleeping well because it was too hot or too loud! The main pool was green and didn’t look nice, however the smaller pool was nice. We were only there 3 days but overall we enjoyed our time there mostly out visiting other places and the night market across the way has some good food options. Bottom line it’s nice enough but don’t expect luxury as billed.

Once checking into the hotel, the room conditions were terrible, nothing worked. The a/c didn’t work or the tv. The furniture had mold and the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. When I asked about the different pictures listed they said did you request a pool room, and I said that is what I payed for. The staff was not very helpful until the second time I asked to switch rooms. Beware of the bait and switch

Lovely location snd good size room The bath had a leak The air con kept packing up but staff were very helpful The guy on the information desk didn’t seem that bothered when we asked about going to the Tiger Cave temple and told us to take a grab cab which never showed up

Beautiful resort so handy for main high street - right on the beach as well.
