Actually this is a decent hotel as clean, breakfast has a big mixture of choices, pool was clean and cocktails by the pool staff were superb. Overall very friendly and definitely would come back.
If any gripes as it's about 20 mins drive to main Pattaya malls/walking street/tiger park/floating market but it's worth it.

The room is good, the service is good, but the floor is very slippery. While using the fitness center, a staff member came in and turned off the air conditioning without informing me.

I've stayed here twice and have been impressed each time. This time, I went out for dinner and returned around 8:00 PM. There was one available parking spot in front of the hotel. I was about to park when a security guard came up to me and said a guy had already reserved it. I'd like to know what kind of room I need to be in to reserve a parking spot. He then told me to park on the opposite side of the dark lot. There was no standard of customer service. I don't plan on staying here again.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are good, the breakfast is delicious, the location is convenient, you can walk to the nearby market, there is Na Kluea Market, Lan Pho Market, but the hotel has little parking. If the parking in front of the hotel is full, you have to park in the parking lot next to the Krungsri Bank, which is opposite the hotel. The hotel does not have a beach for walking, but you can see the beautiful sea view in the evening.
