Don't listen to the negative reviews. Breakfast was enough for us to start our day, plus point it is an inclusive restaurant where their staff are mixed with disabled staff (mute). Very encouraging and heartwarming. The dessert specialty cafe on the front is great, coffee selection was immersive and tasty. Special note for Khun Bee, the FO girl. She helped us to arrange a tour and advise us places to visit around Chiangmai. Her hospitality is our highlight of this stay. We will be back!!!!

Good service, very good atmosphere around the hotel, lots of photo spots, smiling staff, very comfortable bed, very impressive, I like the bathroom very much, 10/10, but the makeup mirror is a bit small in the corner inside the bedroom. Tawan Restaurant, delicious food, very polite staff, coffee shop is also great, drinks taste good, good service staff, recommended, there is a parking lot, convenient, near tourist attractions.

Amazing day the staff with the various accommodating. We had the double deluxe room which was very spacious and the Aircon was fantastic We were frequent users of the pool and the staff member was very friendly who looked after us very well. I would definitely recommend this place as a UK visitor.
