We came here for our honeymoon!
The room was absolutely beautiful and we loved the pool. The food at the restaurant was also wonderful.
We liked the breakfast buffet - great omelets, fruit, pastries etc.
Everyone working at the hotel was kind and helpful.
There is a little boat to get over to the beach, and then you walk through a forest to get to the town. I really liked the forest and the walk, it was beautiful!

I had booked this property for 6 night but due to medical concerns I couldn’t stay because there was no elevator. I checked out after only one night and was told that I forfeited my entire hotel cost because once you check in you have to stay the course. I think that policy is dumb because circumstances change. The Wi-Fi in the room was TERRIBLE. I moved 3 inches and Wi-Fi would disconnect. When I checked in there was a towel swan on the bed. I thought it was marvelous. I went to take a shower, there were no towels, when I called the front desk they said use the swan that’s your tower. Upon checking out they said if I needed a lower floor I could book a platinum room. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Service in the restaurant was amazing. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again based on hotel policy.

The service was excellent. Stayed one night before our flight home. Rooms are very clean. The pool was one of the dirtiest I have ever seen at a hotel. Bugs and debris floating in it. Algae growing in it as well. There are half full little concrete ponds outside the room that did not work. Perfect for mosquitoes. Food was below average, but they did have a person making omelets. If the pool was cleaned up and the outdoor mats were cleaned it might be ok for 1 night stay.

It was a nice to start the night with pokies helpful staff and, my favorite part, a pretty extensive buffet, lots of options that were tasty. There's a pretty small gym, just your average, treadmills, multi purpose machines and set of dumbbells to 50 lbs, but there were cool walking paths and other areas to explore.

Property is quiet and you feel safe. You can actually come here to relax. You don’t have to worry about droves of people. Transportation isn’t provided at the hotel but grabgo reaches to it. Quick trip to the airport from hotel.

Lovely staff! But property needs some work. Bit odd that you have to get a raft to the beach! Villa dated and not like the photos, broken tiles in the pool and sofa needed replacing, but it was value for money.

This place wasn't the cleanest and our room had an unidentifiable odor (fart?) every time we entered, but the service, food and drinks were excellent. The pool area was nice. You definitely want to get a swim up room. The plunge pool in our room looked sad and dirty. We definitely were not getting in there.

Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. The property appears very unloved, from the unkempt and overgrown grounds, to the very tired villas.
After being greeted with a flat stare at reception even though both of us offered a happy hello, to the endless laminated rules, regulations and fine/charges for damage, everything felt quite inhospitable.
The aircon and bed in our grand pool villa were good but for the price this is not a great resort and other options in Naiyang are much better value for money.

Hotel is great with excellent staff, super helpful. Only issue is the "raft" across the river to get to the beach, this certainly lets the hotel down and needs to be fixed as its not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
