Nice, brand-new property. Good no-frills concept with all you need feel comfortable. Great location next to BTS station and tons of services around. Quiet rooms, large shower, nice bed. Great staff.

The room is big, just right to get a glass that views the front of the hotel. All amenities in the room are complete, minus there is no TV. The breakfast is super minimalist, there is only cereal, wheat bread and jams, sausages, eggs. The staff is very friendly. The check-in and check-out process is fast

We arrived around 10 PM & the staff welcomed us so friendly. He gave us food recommendations near the hotel, the food was so delicious. The room itself is not that spacious but more than enough for rest. The room is clean, the Wi-Fi is fast, the place is close with BTS. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Except the room is too small for this range of price. All is good, bed is clean and convenient, location is good for people who like nightlife. Overall, this is a recommended hotel.

Overall, everything was great. The room was cute and enough for a night. The decoration at the lobby was so nice and cute. It’s really close to BTS. The only area for improvement is the drainage system in the shower, as it doesn’t drain effectively, leading to water flooding into the toilet area, which shares the same drainage.

Rooms are cleaned every two days and amenities had to be collected at the lobby. Requested for towels and it came very fast. Bars around the area so it can get a bit noisy with music playing but it did stop before midnight. Can walk to the bars too since it 's nearby. Had a good stay.

The place is vibrant, very near to the BTS and a 7/11 just opposite. No fridge in the room but there is a common fridge at the lobby. Rooms are clean though the bathroom and shower is a bit questionable it still a very good stay.

First time I stay in Bangkok, I choose lyf, and this is my 2nd stayed in Bangkok, I still choose lyf, I love their lobby, their kitchen, their room, oh I Miss lyf so much, super recommendedhotel, in front of hotel you can get sevel, and many delicious food around hotel, I love you lyf.

Hotel is very near to nana bts but the environment there is pretty messy at night with all the active bars and pubs around. Room is pretty small with no TV, [room one of a kind]] the toilet and showers shared the same sliding door. So if 1 is bathing, the other will have no door (as its shared and side by side). Room overall quite clean but encountered a few ants. Told the receptionist and they quickly got it cleaned. There 's laundry and water cooler to use. Also a kitchen and lounge area.

The Hotel is very close to the BTS station. I was here during Songkran and the ambience of celebration here is awesome. The staffs are helpful and nice. Not to expensive considering it 's a high season. Worth every penny.
