Power and air conditioning were cutting off after one hour. Reported issue twice just after checking in. At 3am, 10 hours after the issue was reported on first night, front desk manager didn't believe the issue so she came up to the room to see all power turned off despite key in power slot. I had to pack up and move rooms in the middle of the night. The next day - no apology, no consideration, and a full refusal to admit any problem The facility is modern, but not well kept. Stains up and down hallway carpets and in rooms. Location is great for central Bangkok.

The Maison Hotel is duper nice. The staff is amazing and the location is the best. Is close to everything you could possibly need during your stay. Nana if you want a night out, Lumpini if you want to chill, siam if you want to go shopping and so on. Could not recommend a better place to stay in Bangkok

The staff and hospitality/Maintenence staff were so friendly and helpful…the room was always cleaned and prepped every day we returned … I definitely recommend … I wish the restaurant in the hotel was cheaper and the pool was not on the ground floor and I wished there was a bathtub in our room but that’s pretty much it

You will be happy you picked this hotel from the moment you arrive and see the pool..
It’s gorgeous, then you walk in and are hit by an aroma that makes you happy (still trying to work out what it is) beautiful check in with the delightful staff, then elevator up to your room.
Once you have finished in your room, it’s time to get out and see the beautiful city, and trust me it’s at your door, restaurants, nights clubs everything on the street just outside the hotel, but yet when you are in the room or pool, you hear nothing..
This maybe the hotel I stay at for every Bangkok visit..
