The Maitra was our final stay of a family holiday exploring Thailand and it was a great hotel. Designed in a fresh look with very friendly staff, it’s a great choice if you want to stay further towards the airport but not actually under the flight path! Breakfast was good and the pool was lovely.

I cant exactly remember the name, but it was i think Marissa and Gina were really helpful especially Marissa or Miu? She was always there to help us. She was very kind and smart.
There was one girl named Por (not sure how it spells). We checked in around 4am and all she did was to frown and roll her eyes as she said we cant check in yet. It was written in expedia that we can check in anytime and we even called a month before our stay to confirm that. We’re glad Gina was there to help us. My sister has a disability and it’s so hard to travel.

The location of the hotel was perfect considering my parents stayed there for easy access to Bangkok Hospital. Surrounding area was safe and quiet. My parents had a pleasant stay, clean rooms and served decent breakfast.

The initial reception was wonderful. The front desk service representative(s) were great. They were helpful and friendly as well. The room was spectacular and clean. Great view from the room too. The downfall with the property is the transportation; it’s limited and the waiting time to get it was a little longer than expected. Other than the transportation, I would recommend this property to my fellow travelers.
