The staff was outstanding. We had a few questions during our five night stay, and the staff at reception were always professional, efficient, pleasant and extremely helpful. This really enhanced our visit and I would definitely return. We found the hotel to be ideally situated and the breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of choices. The hotel is on a side street that is blessedly quiet, and only a few minutes walk from the main road and to Terminal 21, as well as to the Asok subway station. The room was clean, the shower and toilet both worked well, and the air conditioning was very effective. Good value for the money!

The hotel is less than 10 mins from Asoke BTS station. The room was spacious and bright. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were very helpful & friendly. We had a few issues with our room and they responded quickly and rectified the problems. Housekeeping, however, was poor. The toilet seat cover in our bathroom seemed like it hadn't been wiped in a loooooong time and there was a brown drop stain on our toilet seat. The beddings weren't changed daily, just re-made. They has once hung a towel with a brown spot on it...the spot was facing outwards so how can they not have seen it? Amenities were not completely replenished, always missing an item or two, especially slippers - we always had to call down. I would definitely stay here again if housekeeping can improve.

This hotel is situated in an ideal location, both for public transport from the airport and for getting around to other parts of Bangkok due to its proximity to the metro. It is also in a lovely area with lots going on, lots of shops and lots of places to eat at. It is also near a couple of nice parks so ideal if you are a runner.
The rooftop pool is small but makes up for it in cleanliness, temperature and surrounding space. There are only around 10 sunloungers but they are great quality and really comfy. The gym is also really good for a hotel gym.
The only downside really to this hotel is the breakfast which leaves a lot to the imagination. Not much choice and what was on offer was only average at best. However, this would not put me off staying again.
