The staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. The team were very polite. Particularly the chief concierge, Art (Anuchit) and his kind recommendations. Others were also very kind such as Fluke who recommended some great restaurants. Marcella who kindly advised my daughter where to buy ingredients to make Thai tea. We left feeling so cared for.

We stayed on the level suite. This suite was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the exclusive benefits of being a level member primarily dining in a private lounge. I used a spa facilities which were excellent. Bow, juliette and her team were terrific. Great roof top bar. Improvement: Its a jack and jill bathroom with no lock. Also no doors between dressing room and bathroom. Very clean, great location, fluke and the concierge desk were super helpful. Thankfully we could project to the TV in the room and follow the world cup.

A quiet spot just outside central Chiang Mai, if you want an escape from the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you. The rooms are simply wonderful, with all the extras you need without having to ask. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, no question is too much for them. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, plus the breakfast is amazing (with vegetarian and vegan options) so do not hesitate to include when you book!

Really nice hotel in a great location in Chiang Mai. The rooms, facilities and F&B outlets were all very good, and a special call out to how friendly and helpful the staff were (especially Fluke at the concierge desk). All the recommendations were great choices. Hope to stay again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate my boyfriend’s birthday and even up graded our room for free. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Highly suggest staying here if you’re visiting chiang mai!

I absolutely loved my stay at Melia. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was very comfortable and inviting. Great mini bar, soft sheets, beach sized bathroom towels that wrapped you and were absorbent. So many nice amenities that you don’t often find in a hotel. The staff were above and beyond helpful. Can hardly wait to return again.
