Great staff and location!

Good

Stayed on the 19th floor and was not told of the construction. It started 11:30am and was told the constant banging would stop by 5pm but it didn’t stop till 6:30pm. On my last day I wanted to relax before checking out but the constant banging made me decide to check out early. The manager was aware of it and still booked customers on that floor. Also the sky bar is on the 9th floor and not on the 29th. On 29th floor is the pool with one person working up there. After he took my order and brought it to me, I didn’t not see him again.

The hotel was close to so much. It was easy to walk around or find a quick tuk tuk. It was a 3 min walk to MBK making shopping a breeze.

Ive stayed here a few times because of the good location just next to bts! Its not in siam area which is more expensive but cos its right next to bts 1 stop away its very convenient.

Staff needs better training. Rooms are very small and honestly nothing nice to say about the place. There’s a ton of better and cheaper options. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else and you won’t regret it.

The Mercure is co-located with an Ibis. The Mercure is on the top floors and is upscale, while the separate Ibis is below it. IMO, the Mercure is worth it.

Everything is good except for WiFi is lagging.hopefully they upgrade the WiFi.

Good location, modern, but my wife pointed out hair on counter and toilet. Our shower didn't drain well so you end up standing in an inch of water by end.

The only real pro this Accor Group hotel has is the convenient location next to MBK & National Stadium BTS. Cons/Real Deal Issues: Mercure Siam Bangkok is crammed in same building as Ibis, Requires 2 Separate Slow Cramped Smelly Elevators to get to Room i.e Take Floor Elevator to 8th or 9th Then Take Another to Your Room. Sham bad faith hotel does Not Allow Refunds Before Checking In or During Stay When Guests Realize How Bad a Choice They Made After Arrival To See In Person. Constant Nasty Bergamot Body Odor Smell Everywhere. Room was Humid, Stuffy, Poor Ventilation in Bathroom and Room in General so Water Barely Evaporates, No Option to Open Windows. Shower Drains Slowly, Sink blasts water everywhere. Bad Room Layout: Door Entry Way Crosses Bathroom Entry Way so Floor Always Dirty, Grimy, Tainted when going to Bathroom or Closet Safe. Cannot Avoid This Issue. Breakfast was not good and bland, overpriced for what it offers. No On Site Laundry Facilities or In House Services! Hotel uses expensive 3rd party vendor who charges by the piece. Manager doesn’t care about complaints or why guests want justified partial refunds or cancellation, Anti Guest Anti Customer, Watch Out! Floor Level hotel 7-11 seems neat at first but selection limited and always swarmed by sweaty smells, massive backpacks and tourists cramming blocking way or smoking outside, a bad look for hotel. Better off using other better nearby 7-11s Do Not Book Mercure Siam Bangkok!

Everything was great Breakfast wasn’t the best all

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as there is BTS SkyTrain stop right out front. It is also across the street from the MBK shopping Center and just a couple of blocks walk to a canal where a river taxi can be taken to get to the Grand Palace and temples along the river.

Its really near to every spots Shopping mall, art museum

Staff are very attentive and make sure to cater your needs

The swimming pool under renovation during our stay . 3 persons in room but only given 2 glasses and cups. Had to ask for more cups each day . House keeping was short of staff I guessed . Had to remind them 3 times to fill the bath gel. Location is excellent near BTS National Stadium and Siam station . Near shopping mall MBk . Siam centre and Siam Paragon walking distance .
