Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square

Great hotel.

The hotel is in pathetic conditions & urgently needs repair & maintenance, the curtains were torn the bathrooms were in bad shape with cockroaches roaming around in the night, the price doesn’t justify the room stay

Very centralise location, so near to shopping, dinning and entertainment, totally spoilt with choices. Near to BTS and easy to travel to other parts of Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Best is the location, within walking distance to centralworld and bigC. There are also many massage shops at the street. The beds were comfy and it was a pleasant stay.

Close to major shopping areas within walkable distance. Close to lots of food areas and restaurants. Our room was nice and comfortable just wish that they had laundry facilities with washers and dryers but they do have laundering services. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had fun at the pool.

Good location

Amazing location. 1 minute walk to BTS. It is across from Siam Paragon and surrounded by other shops and malls. Very convenient. We had a great stay.

The hotel is right down the heart of Siam Square (located by Siam Square/center point) , you can walk to MBK, Siam paragon, Siam Discovery mall. etc. also near by BTS Siam station. Super convenient and tons of foods and shopping. It’s near Chulakongkorn Uni, so imagine tons of collages kids walking around and it’s there hang out area. It’s cool though like Shibuya in Japan. The hotel itself it’s nice, meet the standard with nice amenities and accommodations (gym, pools, restaurants) great staffs and wonderful customer service. The downside is - again you are right at the HEART of Siam square, there will be a lot of events and concerts down the street. Three out of four nights we stayed there, there were concerts until 10-11 pm. So if you need peace and quiet this is not the place for you. But if you want to experience Bangkok’s city vibes (the clean version) try Novotel Siam Square.

Best place to stay near Siam paragon.

Love the location but room service not consistent.

Good place to stay. Massage, dining, Shopping, transport is plenty.

Booked the suite but felt alittle empty. They could get a refresh on it. I saw my friend’s basic room, it looks better. Some part feels of the hotel feels abit old but the price is fair. Overall I think the location is great! I would book again for convenient sake. It’s really close to the train station as well.

The hotel is convenient and clean

Have always stayed here due to the location right in the heart of Siam Square. Everything else is within walking distance like Paragon and MBK. However, do note that because it’s in the heart of Siam Square, getting in and out by car or private hire will take a bit of time.

Great location with friendly staff. I gave 1 star because the shower was dirty, the mold was all over the tiles. I stayed here twice but never improved. No more going back.

There was mould in the bathroom. When I was checking in, it was impossible to pay the room deposit with a debit card (any debit card), and I didn’t have cash at the time. The best solution the manager could come up with was to send someone to the room to completely remove the minibar and I also couldn't use any room service

Good for a short stay.

Thumbs up for all their staff! Friendly, helpful, and always there to greet us with their great smiles! Place is conveniently located just opp Siam Paragon, with BTS station that makes it easier to travel. Only one point I hope to see improvement is to have more variety of food for morning breakfast.

The hotel itself is pretty dated but lobby was still in good condition. Customer service is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is in a great location. Here are some negative points 1. All the room doors should be changed or checked. I am staying in room 1414 which is near the corner but I can hear room doors slamming all the time. 2. Buffet needs to be better organised and modernised. The coffee machine is located near the entrance, which means the customers have to walk from one end f the restaurant to the entrance to get coffee. 3. Food is also not warm enough and presentation of food is very dated. Many times when I open the food container, it’s either full of condensation or it’s almost empty. 4. Toaster is surprisingly good. It toasts bread very quickly but I did see some guest putting croissants into the toaster even though there was a clear sign not to do it.
