In the heart of Siam, convenient shopping, clean rooms Easy to travel to BTS, friendly staff, good service, with a private covid-19 check, stay for business in Chulalongkorn, it is considered not too far. The price is reasonable, not too expensive at the brand level. Novotel will stay again.

Awesome location with shopping malls around. There is a food street beside the hotel where they sell local food. The BTS station was next to the hotel. There is also a street of massage shops.

Hi, just wanted to hightlight,,, before our stay,, i text to hotel.com and they help me sent the message to the hotel that we stayed on the hotel few times before and requested that this trip is to celebrate my wife b'day,.. they replied that the hotel was noted.. but during our 7 nights stay there,nothing surprises us,,and the last two days ,after makeup of rooms ,we do not have any hand and face towels ..

The Hotel staff were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, the room itself was below average. The furniture and bathroom fittings are dated and in need of renovation (to be fair, they have initiated a renovation process). The breakfast spread was good.

Hotel staff is excellent. The room is mediocre. Breakfast is okay. Weekend seafood buffet is excellent. Room service sucks. They forgot one item ordered, followed up twice but it never came with no explanations or acknowledgement.

We had a great 3 days. The location is wonderful.
My only complaint is that the hotel is listed as having an airport shuttle. It does not.
It can arrange transport but that isnt the same.

This hotel is inside the Siam Square. It is walking distance to the MRT mass system, and next to Siam Paragon for shopping and wonderful food court. The skywalk is right there and you can anywhere using the skywalk to many shopping malls along the way.
